Love this location. Not too far from the freeway which makes it easy to pick up dinner on the way home from work. It’s also a nice location to meet up with family and friends that live a distance away from each other. For us it’s a good halfway point. Friendly service. Clean atmosphere. I have dined in and also taken out. The food is always fresh and tasty. Totally with the price in my opinion!

Jersey Mike’s sandwiches are always great but this location in Brookfield goes one step further. They have the most friendly and customer-service oriented young adult workers. Kudos to the person doing the hiring and training. Thanks

I was out shopping in the area and decided to place an online order for pick up. I had a kind of weird modification and one of the employees took the time to call me for clarification. When I went to pick up my food they were so friendly and welcoming. I had a cookie from next door and they asked me what kind it was. My food was delicious but the customer service will make me a repeat customer at this location

EXCEPTIONAL customer service at this location. I had issues with mu delivery and whomever was on duty was very responsive and respectful. Just off customer service alone I would definitely return to this location. He was also very honest and apologetic. Although I had order issues I appreciate the compassion, respect, and kindness.

Best sub shop hands down! The people they employ there are some of the most respectful and kind humans ever! They also have gluten free sub bread which is amazing and doesn’t taste like cardboard.

No matter when I drop in to order, everyone that works here is so friendly and professional! They know exactly how to take care of my gluten free needs, changing gloves, cleaning the assembly line, and using separate utensils/cutting boards. Thank you! The restaurant is also recently remodeled and they take great care to keep it looking new and clean.
