⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Francis/Francis is a super kind hearted individual with great charisma, knowledge, and people skills. He’s always saying something positive and uplifting like daily affirmation or something. Everyone is very nice and chill overall.
Food is nicely portioned from breakfast to active to lower carb meals and snacks whether it’s lean, bulk, or one size all color coded for the convenience. They also provide useful information on ingredients typically vegan, non processed and healthfully sourced and macros. I go here once a week because I’m so busy with work and always look forward to coming in and seeing the team.
No matter your goals, for those who are busy, do not want to cook, or just a meal on the go, come here and have one. It’s worth it!

Sarah was very nice to me. I’ve been looking for a meal prep during these busy weeks. The food is good, the snacks are also quality stuff. They also ping me on deals that work for me cause I typically buy in bulk. Having free food everyday is big plus.

I get my weekly meal prep from here. I am so happy with Foodie FIT. I have been utilizing them for the past two months. I started out getting all of my meals here. (breakfast, lunch, & dinner) they have so many options and all health-minded and nutrition-minded options. It tells you all of the allergen info for each meal—Gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. The meals are delicious and supper easy to warm up. They come in great little containers that can be reused. They offer pick up and delivery for orders online. You can also shop in the store for items. They also have a microwave and seating area of you would like to eat there. Super convenient. They do offer a loyalty program in store. And if you workout at LVAC you get a 10% discount in store. Stop by and give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Me and my mom wanted to try this place so we did pickup. I was greeted by shilo they were very informative and kind! I’ve tried only a couple of meals already and I love the food! It’s so delicious and freshly made! can’t wait to come back and try more! the macros are amazing and it’s perfect to help me stay in a calorie deficit!
