I am happy to report this restaurant’s health score is 99!! The servings were generous and the food was great. They seemed a little understaffed, but we didn’t have to wait long. I would definitely eat here again.

Chipotle’s posted hours are 10:45 AM–10:00 PM, yet when I entered at 8:47 PM, they were already out of carne asada, sour cream, and lettuce, and what remained was dry. A staff member stated they “don’t cook throughout the day” and that everything is prepped in the morning, which directly contradicts Chipotle’s Fresh slogan. Over an hour before closing, most main ingredients were unavailable due to lack of preparation. If you’re open until 10 PM, customers should expect core menu items to still be available. Very disappointing.

No management, no steak/chicken ready, nothing. This location is poorly ran, read the reviews, they could close this location and start over for all i care. Drove here for my wife, now it’s wait and read the terrible reviews while waiting on the terrible service and hopefully edible food, I have my doubts on the latter.

Went today around 4:30pm to grab some food. The associate behind the counter served someone ahead of me and then proceeded to clean and walk around while another associate was making multiple burrito bowls all the while there is a line full of people and NOT ONE WORD WAS SAID! Not a “let me clean the counter and I’ll be right with you”, nothing! Teach your employees customer service skills!!!!!

EDIT: Decided to give them another chance and this time was much better! Bowls were full and young man at the window was very nice.
I scarcely complain about food from any establishment. Well Chipotle Oxford just took the cake.

Checked my food before I left. I told the young man at the pick-up window my concerns/other experiences, young lady who I’m assuming is the manager, came over and asked me what the problem was. I told her what I told him.
She said the bowls were that way because I did not order rice in them.
I explained we have gotten them without rice before and they have been more full than that.
She said she could give me some sides of lettuce..
I said okay.
These were $9.45 and $13.45 respectively, just to give everyone an idea. That’s a joke for them being less than half full.
Never again.

If you have food allergies this place will take it seriously and handle it with no issues. Alexandria took my order, did a glove change, and got fresh prep out of the fridge to give me so there was minimal cross contamination. Not many restaurants will take allergies serious, seeing is I’m in a current flare up from lunch yesterday with my family. Shoutout to Alexandria, people like you make eating at restaurants safe for people like me .

I give this place why? Because for one customer service is Great and the FOOD has was been so good and the portions are a lot so it’s worth every penny. Atmosphere was really clean every time I have been in there.

Original post was 3 yrs ago. I got Chipotle yesterday 12/28/25 my food was totally incorrect. If I wasn’t in the hospital I would have taken my food back. I received a premade apology and nothing was fixed. Here is a picture of what was given.
