Flame Hibachi just opened in Pasadena and it’s already a great addition to the area! I stopped by on their opening day and was really impressed. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor — perfectly cooked chicken, delicious fried rice, and very generous portions.
What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of customers. You can tell they’re excited to be part of the community and are focused on great service from day one.
Great food, great service, and a great new local spot. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

LIKE THAT! Their Chicken Hibachi ($9.85 with fried rice, chicken, teriyaki sauce, yum yum sauce, sesame seeds, & onions). Plentiful, a nice teriyaki sauce, & well cooked fried rice!!
DELICIOUS. Their Bento Box ($14.85 with teriyaki salmon over white rice, shrimp over veggies, veggie dumplings, spring rolls, & California rolls). This box was good, & everything was here. That’s it.
STAMP!! Their Boba Teas ($6.15 for their Mango Passionfruit Boba Tea with passionfruit popping boba, $6.40 for their Thai Tea with a sweet creamy milk). Both of these drinks were a HIT!! Fruity, & fresh passionfruit, & that Thai tea was like a shake!!
LIKE THAT!! Their Green Dragon Roll ($9.85 sushi with tempura shrimp, avocado, nori, wasabi, & soy sauce). Fresh, well made, & it will fill you up!!
STAMP!! Their Flame combo Hibachi ($14.85 with steak, shrimp, chicken, fried rice, noddles, veggies, teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, & onions). A really nice cut of beef, a tasty teriyaki, this was fulfilling!!
STAMP!! Their 5 Wing Combo ($10.99 with 5 hot lemon pepper wings, fries, & a fountain drink). Meaty, flavorful spicy, lemony wings with just ok fries.

Amazing food and customer service. The restaurant was clean. Food tasted good and they even gave extra sauce (as much as I wanted) before bagging it for me. I got the chicken, shrimp and beef with noodles and vegetables. The meats tasted great, the noodles were chewy, and the veggies were cooked perfectly. I also got the strawberry yogurt smoothie – my new favorite. The whole box could feed me for multiple meals too for such a great price! Food came out super quick too.

Came to check this new place out a week after its grand opening. We got the hibachi plate combos, chicken wings, fries, and Boba. All the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Seating offered outside and inside the restaurant. Staff greeted us when we walked in with a smile and was very welcoming. 10/10 would go again!

Stopped here right when they opened and everyone was super nice. The chicken teriyaki was very good, especially with the yum yum sauce and the green onions on top. We also got the strawberry yogurt smoothie and it was so good. Highly recommend this place!

We had such a great experience @ Flame! The food was honestly delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the hibachi was cooked perfectly. We tried the salmon, chicken and beef combo with fried rice and a tofu/rice dish.
The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and they even helped us order based on our preferences.
I also appreciated how clean/comfortable the seating was. It made it easy to sit back, relax, and actually enjoy the meal without feeling rushed.
Overall, just a really solid spot for hibachi. We’ll definitely be back. Give em a shot if you’re in the area!

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and lively. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. the shrimp was juicy and the rice was one of the best I’ve ever had. Portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted high quality. The staff was attentive and friendly. If you’re looking for great food and a fun dining experience, this hibachi spot does not disappoint.
