Please, please stop making us go to the parking spaces to wait for us to make your food. It always takes longer. What’s the point of a drive thru?
Edit: How are you always out of stuff? No Baja midnight, no chicken another night, no MILD OR HOT SAUCE!? Seems like a management issues.

It deserves zero stars! Horrible drive thru experience. I ordered the #1, 3 taco supremes. I got lettuce and little to no meat that’s it! No cheese, sour cream or tomatoes. I called back to complain but of course no one answered. If I had read this reviews I would have never gone there!! Will be back tomorrow for a full refund. Never again, never! I wi be calling corporate this is ridiculous.

Went around 1am, dint realize til after I order only one guy was handing the drive through and inside orders. Food was made quick and he was super nice. Had a long shift at work and having a good experience made the night either.

$69 spent and the food was terrible. Party box chalupas and #8, bean cheese burrito ordered … in all the orders there was hardly any meat in the taco it’s like they didn’t have any meat to spare. chalupas were cold tacos came plain no lettuce just meat and cheese and the bean and cheese burrito had hot sauce and onion in them just sad. Reminds us why we don’t spend money at Taco Bell

It’s always a hit or miss with this location as far as customer service goes. Often times you’re met with cashiers who obviously don’t want to be there. They mess up your order and correcting the order becomes more than it’s worth. There’s another Taco Bell up the road, avoid the headache and go there.

Cold soft tacos EVERY.SINGLE.TIME!! Tried to speak to jordan about it, but he took to screaming at me on the phone.
Update the next time I went back, they gave me my cheesy crunchy gordita with a cold gordita shell that was molded. I waited a year to go back again and this time yesterday I went my food was destroyed. They insist on slamming everything in the same bag as smushing it. Went back today to give it one more shot, and all of my tortillas are cold like it came out of the wrapper they didn’t even heat it up. And there’s no cheese. Why are you so greedy with the cheese? You sell a double stack Taco with no cheese between the two taco shells that’s ridiculous.
