I love a good sandwhich & this store is my go-to for lunch. I don’t have a pic but we typically get the Smoked Turkey Classic Combo on Croissant & Heated. I do feel it’s pricey but I’ve recently started buying the Turkey Slices & what I would pay for 2 combos I can esentially make last an entire week! Unfortunately, most places in the community don’t have the consistency so far as food quality & I just love the customer service. They have some very helpful friendly ladies working in this location & from Management to the Cash Register everyone is always so nice!

I visited the HoneyBaked Ham location in Conyers, GA today to pick up a Christmas pre-order, and also intended to purchase sandwiches using a BOGO coupon. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below the standards I have consistently experienced at other HoneyBaked Ham locations.
During my transaction, the cashier, Liliana, displayed an unprofessional and dismissive demeanor. When I asked to view the ham prior to completing payment, I was told—multiple times—that I could only see it after receiving my receipt. Rather than clearly explaining store policy (for example, that payment is required before opening but exchanges are permitted if the customer is dissatisfied), the response was abrupt and repetitive. This clarification was only provided after my card had already been charged.
Once payment was completed, the ham was placed in front of me without explanation. When I asked what would happen if I was unhappy with the appearance, I was then told an exchange would be allowed. This entire interaction could have been handled far more professionally with clear communication upfront.
Additionally, the employee’s tone was curt from the beginning of the interaction. I even asked if everything was okay due to how I was being spoken to. When ordering the sandwiches, I questioned the price—since I was using a BOGO coupon—and again received a response that came across as unnecessarily dismissive.
Upon returning home, I was extremely disappointed to find that both Tavern Club sandwiches were made using what appears to be standard whole-wheat sandwich bread, which is inconsistent with the bread used at other HoneyBaked Ham locations and significantly detracts from the quality and brand expectation. The bread choice was unacceptable and did not align with the premium pricing.
This location’s customer service and product consistency are not comparable to other HoneyBaked Ham stores, which is concerning—especially during the holiday season when customers are placing pre-orders and spending a premium. I strongly encourage HoneyBaked Ham corporate or the franchisor to review this location to ensure brand standards, approved products, and customer service expectations are being met.

The staff is mostly friendly and willing to answer questions and help you save some money on your purchase. Albeit, you need to get in early to get your items for major holidays because they get very busy for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Expect long lines but the line moves pretty quickly. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes during a holiday week.
Update: My ham did not look good this year and the famous honey baked crust was missing. A big let-down for my family holiday dinner. I will skip my usual Christmas purchase this year.

1st time going, wanted to try it out but its Overrated. Sandwich is ok at best. But i tasted better and even made better sandwiches myself. The sandwich buns was good i will admit that but i thought it was going to be on a hero type of bread. No different than slice of bread from the loaf. Luckily i had a gift card cause it was expensive.

When you order meat from Honey baked Ham, the meat is the star. I also enjoyed their broccoli bacon Bliss salad, that’s scrumptious. We had the restaurant pretty much all to ourselves which was surprisingly really nice! The employees were very kind and helpful. I will be going back!

Me and my coworkers came here for my birthday lunch and this is the best service I’ve had, probably ever. The lady that was ringing us up was so patient when we were trying to decide what we wanted. She answered our questions thoroughly, even showing pictures. Our food came out so quick, and was so delicious. We were asked multiple times if we needed anything. And then to top it all off the guy that was working there brought us a basket of cookies and said “on the house”. This type of service is very rare now days, so you guys that were working on Wednesday are definitely appreciated by your customers and deserve the most appreciation from the company. We will definitely be returning!

In the area, so I thought that I would stop by HBH to purchase my favorite Classic Cranberry Chicken Salad. Once a friend and I started eating it, we almost choked! The chicken salad was as dry as the Mojave Dessert! Why would they sell this to anyone? I have visited other HBH locations, and never had a problem such as this. Will most definitely not be back!! Do better by your customers!!
