BBQ so good I needed to leave a review to beg for a return to Marble NE on Thursdays. Best barbecue I’ve had since leaving the South. Brad is extremely friendly and a top tier Pit Master. If you get the chance, snag his brisket with mustard sauce.

Probably the best BBQ in town! Brisket with Tantrum sauce, green chile mac and a few of pork belly bites is my go-to! But you can’t go wrong with the brisket nachos either.
They had been setting up shop at Marble in the heights but it looks like they are taking a break for the time being.
I have it on good authority that they plan to do the occasional pop up in the future, but I’m not sure where yet. Regardless, I’ll go anywhere these guys set up shop.

We ate from Tantrum while at Marble Brewery on Thursday evening. Best brisket we’ve ever had. Smoky and tender. When we’re in the mood for barbecue, they will be our first choice from now on. I’m not really a kale fan, but the kale and cabbage salad was delicious as well.

Had Tantrum at Boxing Bear Brewery. The gentleman running the truck came to the table with samples of brisket and I was sold! I was hesitant because usually nothing compares to my husbands BBQ. However, he knocked it our of the park! Also the green chili Mac and cheese was phenomenal!! I highly recommend this truck. They are available at Marble on Montgomery every Tuesday! 🙂

Visiting from Nashville and didn’t think I’d find good bbq in New Mexico but this was very good!! Flavor and spice mingle together in perfect harmony. The apple coleslaw is CLUTCH on the pulled pork sandwich and the Mac and cheese is the perfect side. Thoroughly enjoyed and fully recommend!

I look forward to Thursday every week because I go to Marble Heights solely for the Pork Nachos. They are some of the best nachos I’ve ever had. The ratio of cheese to BBQ sauce is perfect! I could not recommend Tantrum enough!

Amazing service. Brisket is moist flavorful and masterfully prepared. Pulled pork nachos are flavorful, and delicious. Green chile cream corn and green chile Mac and Cheese are out of this world. If you ever see this truck stop and grab some amazing BBQ. You won’t be disappointed.
