BF and I wanted to try for Valentine’s Day.. they told him when he called for a reservation how busy they were for the night and had one time available. When we arrived, two men working there walked past me. Only one said hello as he kept walking. Half the place was empty, and they were definitely struggling to keep up.. It’s ran down and rather dirty. I ordered a bubbly wine. It was stale and no bubbles to be found (also something like a piece of pepper floating in my glass). Entree was the chicken Alfredo.. The sauce was just ok, but the chicken was awful. It’s the prepackaged stuff.. you know the kind, like Taco Bell chicken. It’s hard, overcooked small little pieces and already mixed in the sauce. Not fresh by any stretch of the imagination. The rolls were the best thing there, other than they were drenched in flavorless oil with no sign of garlic flavor to be found. The family style salad was a very small portion with watery dressing. We were served a single serving for two people. Everything was just soooo bland. We won’t be going back.

My first trip here was nice. It was quite busy when we came in and the staff took care of us. They were attentive and communicated well. We really enjoyed their home made garlic knots. Those are worth coming for all by themselves. The main courses were ok, I would say standard American-Italian fare. The fettuccine Alfredo was a little less than what I’d expect flavor wise, but it was ok. I will say the chicken alla vodka had a ton of chicken on it. I was not able to finish the dish, which is rare for me. Overall, I’d give this place 3.5 stars. The staff was super and we enjoyed the atmosphere. I’d come back to try some other dishes, and their specialties to see how they are. The prices were reasonable for the quality and acceptable for the quantity. They do have some bottled beers, including imports.

It’s a great small Italian restaurant. The food was awesome, along with the service. We wanted to go to a small mom and pop place to eat. It did not disappoint. They had a concert downtown, and the A/c couldn’t keep up because it was over 100° outside, but the staff nailed it.

Ordered take out and was ready nice and quick. Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious and plentiful, mozzarella sticks were just what I needed. Bread was fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

The garlic rolls are to die for like I could literally die eating them it’s a shame this place is located in the middle of nowhere Evansville. I think the food is delicious and the service is really great. They could use an upgrade on a decor, but you guys are going to have to eat there more often so they can afford that. absolutely great restaurant. I will visit when I’m in town.

This is our go-to choice every New Year’s Eve for our group, and for special occasions through the year. Also a great spot for lunch through the week.

This was an excellent restaurant. The food was great. Prices were good and the service was great. The only negative is the building could use a little TLC.

Had dinner here that was preplanned as I was driving for clients. The chicken Alfredo was excellent as was the bread. Nice staff and very accommodating.

Solid marks for well done Italian food in the lower Midwest. Generous portion of chicken on the Alla Francese, perhaps thin on mushrooms but still quite nice. Spinach Cannelloni was reported as excellent. Service was slow, but completely explained and not an issue.
