Called in our order about 10 minutes before we arrived to get a jump on the process and only had about a 10 minute wait after arrival the employees were friendly and professional. There’s no dining in here, only pick up and delivery. We ordered two pizzas and the Italian Sausage Pasta along with the Buffalo Wings.. everything was good except for the wings which were slightly undercooked and not very much Buffalo Sauce.. other than that an overall good experience.

Used to be good. But last order I placed half the pizzas were burnt. Like caught on fire burnt. How could they let this past quality review. Tried calling. On hold forever. Finally gave up. Reported to customer service. One week no reply
Update. Replied within 24 hrs to the response from dominos. Even used the customer service ticket with all the information. Still haven’t heard from anyone. Terrible customer service. I’ve switched to another pizza chain

I hate to give a business a bad review based on the attitude and appearance of an employee (delivery person) but it is what it is. But on 12/05/2025 I discovered that James Elkins is the driver that you do not want, when you are handling food I expect you to be sanitary and clean, and this individual is not. His vehicle is just as bad, which looks totaled and also leaked oil all over my freshly paved driveway. I have begun to call the Dominos each time to insure he is not handling or will be delivering my food. His attitude is also as foul as his self care. A person like this should just not be in the culinary field! ZERO STARS JAMES!

Just got the most awesome pizza tonight! The toppings were plentiful and the crust was cooked to perfection! The bottom was not all flimsy but wasn’t cooked too long and the pizza wasn’t doughy tasting. Thumbs up to whoever prepared my pizza (Donald I think).

I love this Domino’s but when I try to order the $7.99 Carryout Deal online it says that it’s not available in my area. I drove to the store to ask about it and they gave me the deal. I’m not sure why it doesn’t work online anymore but I won’t be ordering again until it’s fixed. $17.99 for a pepperoni pizza is ridiculous.

Always an issue. Took a few months break from Dominos due to this location.
Tried again since I had my nieces over.
I received a cheese pizza that burned the kids and my lips(i tried it to be sure) I am 99% sure that they used jalapeño covered gloves to prepare our cheese pizza and ruined it for these children.
I don’t appreciate it at all.
Edit: Really insane you expect me to email suggestions to earn 5 stars on my next order rather than offering to make this order right when no one answers the phones there(changed from 2 stars to 1 based on your response). Thanks for the generic response and not caring if quality was assured, will be contacting corporate.
There will absolutely not be a “next order” I’d rather make homemade pizza or buy frozen so I can ensure the children can enjoy it. (Not from scottsboro)
You want my advice? SLOW DOWN. QUALITY SHOULD COME BEFORE QUANTITY.
Stop pumping the out as fast as you can and instead make them as GOOD as you can.

Absolutely worst dominos they won’t ever put ck up the phone. An they constantly mess up. I’ve been waiting for over a hour an half for delivery an been on hold for over a hour trying to figure out where my damn food is at. Having already paid im annoyed.

This place is an absolute joke. Can’t even speak to a real person to order your food then go pick up the food it’s not even right and then they remake the order have you sit there for what seems like forever just to get home and yet again your order is still messed up they want you to spend $15 on a pizza that they can’t even seem to make right. This is now the 3rd time our food wasn’t correct. We will never go back .
