The staff is nice but in a get your food and go kind of way. On multiple occasions they have been out of many items that I ordered to put on my burrito or bowl. Although the food is tasty it just seems that they can’t keep up with having all their I gradients stalked. One time they didn’t have white rice another time they didn’t have steak, etc.

I was there on Saturday at about 5pm and received the most amazing service and food. This was my first time visiting this location and my experience was awesome. The restaurant was so clean. The employees were friendly and the food was great!

Pretty disappointed. Went to get their new cheese crusted quesadilla, and not only did the girl not even know what it was or how to make it, i had to point to the big picture advertising it on the wall, and she had to keep stopping every step to reread it to figure out how to make it. Once it was finally done and I received it, it’s just disappointing and looks nothing like the advertised “cheese crusted” more like a little cheese sprinkled on it, and barely melted.

Well the big girl was the worst person to ever make me a burrito. 2 pieces of chicken in the entire thing and she poked her finger through it when she was folding it . I still ate it because I hadn’t gotten a chance to eat all day . I spoke with the manager. He laughed in my face and told me I was wrong . Management doesn’t care and employees don’t either. A great reason to go someplace else .

I have never met such a rude employee to another employee especially one who is actively working with a customer. Obviously the guys who was helping us was new but the only girl working (12/29/2024 evening unfortunately I did not get her name) was absolutely bashing on the guy helping us in front of us telling him how bad of a job he’s doing and what he’s doing wrong. I genuinely wanted to say something to that female worker or leave because that is unacceptable and disgusting. The guys either needs more training (which she probably trained him from what it seems like) OR talk to him on the side about work flow and processes but it’s not appropriate to talk to a coworker that way but especially in front of customers. If I were him I would have walked out and quit my job she was so rude. 10000% will never return to this Qdoba. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to another location.
I hope management sees this and addresses this. And I hope she is not management herself. I sincerely feel awful for that employee no one deserves to be talked to or treated to that way regardless of how you are performing at your job- mind you he was trying and listening to her and applying what she said, it’s not like he didn’t care.

The person taking my order was hard to communicate with and did not know the menu. The queso was empty and instead of using a new clean dish they just poured it onto the old quasi
When I finally got to sit down and eat the food had absolutely no flavor. Not even salty, nothing.

The place looked fine but I swear to God every time I come to this place they mess up my order. I understand once or twice but the constant of shorting me is getting crazy. I’ll order larges quesos and you still give me 2 small and not mention just 1 bag of chips for 2 quesos?! Then not to mention the tortilla soup god forbid you order 2 cups they only ever give you one until you point it out on their receipt which they should be double checking, cross off and highlighted at this point. I’ll try the other location in highlands ranch because this one is a bust on trend with constantly shorting me on stuff that’s too petty to complain about.
