The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and the service was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. I ordered the Grilled Shrimp & Vegetable Salad, which was delicious; the only downside was that the shrimp portion was a bit small compared to the amount of zucchini. For dessert, I had the Butterscotch Brûlée with a latte, and it was also excellent. Overall, it was an experience well worth the price. Thank you!

Overall just nothing to write home restaurant wise but still very beautiful on the inside. Our waitress did ask if we had any dietary restrictions which was nice and also split the salad we ordered onto 2 plates without being asked which was thoughtful of her. 4 people and our bill was $200. ♀️

Allison is one of the most amazing servers I’ve ever had! I work in the service industry and I can tell you that she is someone you want to ask for to sit in her section! One of the best dinner I had in a long time! The presentation was amazing and the wines were fantastic! I got the lobster with caviar and it was wonderful, my boyfriend and I had such an amazing experience and couldn’t recommend this place more!

The rooftop seating, outdoor patio, and elegant fountain make for a breathtaking setting that feels special the moment you arrive. Service is consistently top-notch—we’ve had some of the best waiters here, and for special occasions, they’ve even surprised us with a complimentary drink. I’ve celebrated both my bachelorette brunch and an anniversary here, and for ambience alone, it’s a 5/5.
That said, the food itself is fairly average and overpriced for what you get. With such a gorgeous setting, you’d expect oysters, French-inspired plates, or a more elevated selection, but the menu leans closer to a steakhouse and feels limited. The dishes were decent, just not particularly memorable or worth the premium price tag.

During our visit to RH Rooftop, the experience was a mix of highs and lows. While we understood the staff was overwhelmed due to Valentine’s Day, the service was still noticeably slow. The atmosphere, however, was beautiful and easily one of the highlights of the evening.
Unfortunately, the food was inconsistent. My girlfriend and I both ordered the fusilli pasta, which we found to be bland and disappointing. On a positive note, the mini lobster rolls were delicious and stood out as the best part of the meal.
What truly left me disappointed was how we were treated toward the end of our visit. My girlfriend and I were briefly taking photos in front of the mirror near the elevator—something many others were doing throughout the lobby. We were polite, considerate of others, and only there for about a minute. Despite this, we were rushed out in a rude manner, which was especially disappointing given the occasion and our respectful behavior.
Overall, I would recommend RH Rooftop for the atmosphere and experience alone. However, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re expecting service and food quality that reflect the price.
If you want it shorter, sharper, or more emotional, say the word and I’ll dial it in.

The aesthetics, vibes, and the rest of the staff that I encountered were so friendly and accommodating as well, especially for my toddler which made the whole experience really enjoyable!

RH Rooftop was well decorated, servers were very nice and welcoming, large variety of food choices, allergen friendly. Food quantity was a little small for my liking, I am a younger male who tends to eat more than the average person, after I ate here I went over to BiBiBop and got something to eat since I was still a little hungry. Be prepared to spend big ($90 w/o tip and drinks for 2). Although the food tasted amazing, it was brought to us warm… Would have liked to be offered some sort of complimentary appetizer such as bread and oil, etc for a higher end restaurant.

Top notch service in a beautifully appointed rooftop space. Megan, the events coordinator, was incredible to work with – friendly and prompt. She got our party of 18 set up for a corporate dinner. Peter, the manager, welcomed us warmly upon arrival and Eman was an incredible server. The food was good but definitely expensive, as were the drinks.
