Found mold on my bread. I am not feeling well. I lost my appetite and got rid of it. I took a couple bites before I discover it. I hope no one goes there after seeing this. Stood in front of register and no one would help me unless I asked for someone to ring me up. Be aware of this place as it could get you sick.

This location was very standard firehouse
The veggie sandwich still had lot of water from the steaming procesa that made the berad bit soggy.
And there was no sauce or other condiments available.

I got the Italian and just said make it however it comes. Wow it was absolutely delicious and bigger than I was expecting. I got the biggest size so did half for lunch and half for dinner but I love the Bread and whatever sauce they used. Always a clean place to visit but Def delicious! #ZinTravels

Instead of calling 911 I called Firehouse Subs when I was hungry at work. Not only was my sandwhich great, I got the steak and cheese, but so was the service and the fact that they included napkins in the bag. And my sandwhich was still hot as well!

Meh. I should have never come back. I’ve avoided this place for years since my first experience. I decided to give it another go after my kid raves about Firehouse so much. I’m a steak and cheese guy. I have one major rule. You ALWAYS toast the roll. Period. I should have walked away when I saw mustard came on the steak and cheese here. I didn’t. I powered through and ordered one. I got no mustard, no green peppers and added LTM to go along with the so called caramelized onions for my sub. It should most certainly be called Firehouse Sandwiches because who cuts a sub roll completely in half??? I don’t want a sandwich. I want a sub. The bread was good but their version of “toasted” must not use a toaster because it was soft like wonder bread. Mine had mustard on it even though I said no mustard. The meat was ok as it’s keep in a warming tray. I finished it because I was hungry. I will not be going back to Firehouse again. Just not my type. This location had great service. It was clean etc. they are a little slow but other than that it was ok. To each his own.

I do enjoy a firehouse sub from time to time and there’s about two locations. I normally go to. This being one of them, but it was not the same and nothing compared to the one in Centerville. The male staff was extremely disrespectful to a family, whose English was not their first language, he was disrespectful to the female coworker, and he was rude to me. He told me I need to use more English, unfortunately I only speak English. Sandwich tasted good except the fact there was three times as much mayonnaise as normal. The to go pick up area was holding a dirty mop with a bucket in front of it, I hope they don’t use that. It’s concerning because I do like it, but with one store already closed nearby, they’re definitely appears to be some issues.

Great veggie sub. I would prefer hot pepper relish to the options of raw jalapeños and a variety of hot sauces in packets, but the sub was delicious. All the ingredients were tasty and I liked the selection of ingredients like caramelized onions and grilled bell peppers. I asked for it as it is listed on the menu, no changes or substitutions, and i would get it again. The hot sauce selection was pretty good.
