The food here is simply delicious!!! This is the first location where I experienced Bento Box. When I approached the counter, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I had the teriyaki chicken bento with California Roll. The chicken was tender and flavorful. the portion was large. The teriyaki sauce was balanced and smooth. I will definitely go back.

I am in the restaurant now. My bill was $28.28. That was for Sesame chicken side salad California rolls and tempura. The lowlight was the tempura. It was no good. Tempura batter should be super light with the stress on the vegetables or the shrimp. This tempura had a lot of batter in it and very small amounts of vegetable. The broccoli pieces were really tiny. The other vegetables were sliced really thin. The slim pieces of shrimp were surrounded by thick batter. The salad and the chicken and the rice were fine. The California roll pieces – four of them – were made with that crap salad rather than the pieces of imitation crab that I like. When I went to get a to go box for my four pieces of chicken and the rice that I could not finish, the guy wanted to charge me for a little to go container of teriyaki sauce. There were about 100 of them stacked up right next to us. They do not have beer. And it is a Pepsi place not a Coke place. I won’t be back.

Will go to Midtown location in the future for a $105.00 spent not very good Hot tea cold Food cold sushi rolls better at Midtown. Staff and service very nice. I HAVE TO EDIT my review dont get me wrong food was good and I believe it isn’t fare to to criticize IF I DIDN’T say anything to staff NOT fair so I just want to say it wasn’t as bad I’m enjoying left over noodle soup today and thank you Bento box for management for addressing my review. I will come back and I wish you served the sizzling teriyaki plate. It’s ok again staff very friendly and I didn’t give them a chance to correct my issues (minor)

I passed by this place all the time and I finally decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was nice – they had some good art work. There was 1 person in front of me and a few people behind me. I got to the register and ordered a bento box deluxe, 3 items. I picked my item, paid, tipped and waited for my food. The person in front of me got their food fairly quickly. Than the person behind got their food, and the person behind them got their food. So, I’m wondering where’s my food? 20 minutes go by, door dasher are coming in, they get their pick up. 30 minutes go by, still no food. Other ordering customer had come and gone, still no food. Finally after 40 minutes I get my food. I go home, already disappointed that it took so long. I open the bento box tray and, they had my order wrong. I called them to let them know, and they asked for my order receipt, my name, and what I order. They did not even once say sorry. They said I can bring the food back and they can remake it for me, but they will need to charge me extra for the food that they had wrong. What kind of service is this? I have no idea. I had really high hopes for this place, but the customer service is terrible. Speed of customer is also terrible. The food itself is actually pretty good. But I would never go back here. No sense of customer service, please do better. A simple, “sorry for our mistake” would have been fine.

Dine in service at this location isn’t ideal. You walk in and you have to order at the register before sitting down. They won’t take your order at the table. We decided on what we wanted and I went up and ordered, paid, and sat down. They brought the food out, thankfully. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and they were super salty. Thumbs down. The sushi was good, and the bento boxes were decent but they were really skimpy on their salad! I love their house salad dressing hence I love their salads, but the amount that my mom and I got was insane. See picture below for reference, it was spread out to look like a lot, but was very little. Very disappointing.

Solid spot chicken juice and tender. Marinated good / seasoned. Everything i had for my Friday special was delicious, just under $17 for lunch. I was happy and will recommend and come again

So I attempted to give this place another try. So it’s been a minute. To my disappointment, things have only gotten worse the sesame chicken salad, which is basically the only item that I’ve ever gotten here really is now basically a side salad! It used to be a box of lettuce with some blanched veggies, and the Katsu chicken and now I am not joking when I say it is literally two spaces of the to go box filled with a little bit of lettuce and some vegetables. WOWI!!! What! Are you seriously kidding me you have skimped out on freaking lettuce! This is absolutely crazy to me!! of all the things that you could have reduced portion on why a salad, why the lettuce ??!?
I understand the times are tough… but when you reduced the size of you salads and charge $4 more for them its crazy to not provide additional 1 dressing for it if the customer asks. I asked for 1 additional sauce and was told for one little container it’s $1! My salad, basically tasted like nothing, because there was barely any dressing on it. That is an outrageous cost. I’ve been coming here for years and unfortunately it’s changed for the worse. I know that things are different but change the right way. You can tell that customer service is no longer here. Forget this place. Go somewhere else that still has decent customer service.
Additional notes: the owner replied, and left a number that is to the exact same location that I went to, and said to call, but the owners are never at that location. They’re always at a different location as far as what the staff said. Exactly what I’m talking about. No real customer resolution or customer service. Disappointing.

I was apprehensive but they proved me wrong. It’s hard to get lunch for precovid prices. Those days are gone. This place gives you plenty of yummy food… We had Korean chicken plus sushi roll.

The food was delicious, a little expensive but you get a lot of food so it’s worth it you basically get 2 meals for the price of one with the box, only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I ordered Thai chicken which was supposed to be spicy, wasn’t really spicy but definitely had a good taste
