We were fortunate to be able to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner at 1800 Park Restaurant. The food was good service was great the girl was the server, chef & hostess. The restaurant was not too busy but can be hectic with one person. Thank you for your time & we hope you had a great Thanksgiving after work You have to try their huevos rancheros & kids’ big breakfast ❤

I haven’t eaten lunch or dinner here but I’ve had breakfast. You can order off of their menu or they also do a breakfast buffet. I’ve done the buffet and I’ve also ordered off of the menu. The bananas foster French toast is really good.

Went here for breakfast for the week I was in Park City. Staff and service are top notch, polite and very friendly. Never had to wait for anything or ask for refills, they were always attentive. Food was delicious, cooked perfectly and brought out promptly. Will definitely go back during my next trip.

This was a typical hotel breakfast. They literally took breakfast potatoes from the buffet and served it to us as a side. $22 for a breakfast that is included at most hotels. The omelet was good and the dining area was quiet and clean.

Awful experience. Was served very raw salmon in an over-seasoned, soupy risotto. Not a hint of “I’m sorry” from the staff. Kitchen seems in disarray. Wouldn’t eat here again if you paid me.

Be careful on Wednesdays. Understaffed, very expensive and nothing was cooked right; overcooked filet mignon and dry fish. Tartar sauce for tough $35 blackened salmon? no dipping sauce for the Monte cristo as described. jalepeno popper flatbread tasted like salt on bread . Maybe better on the weekends? Among the dozen of us, the burger seemed to be the ‘best’ choice

Was excited to eat by the fire with my son, we were up early they wouldn’t let us sit there since we weren’t “diamond members “
Put us right in front of a tv which i asked not to be.
The after i ordered they never once checked if everything was okay.
Egg were cold bacon was reheated, and everything was just meh.
Avoid this place if you can.

I’d like to give them 1/2 of a star. We should’ve realized when we walked in on a Saturday night and nobody was in there eating that was a bad sign. We ordered our food it took a while to get served. I ordered salmon, my husband ordered a chicken sandwich. The salmon was undercooked and slimy, my husband’s chicken was not cooked all the way. Let’s just say it wasn’t a meal that was worth the money we paid. Our meal cost around $120.00 . I don’t mind paying alot for a good meal but this was horrible and we couldn’t eat hardly any of it because of it being undercooked. We couldn’t get our waiter back to the table to have our dinner taken care if and have cooked all the way. So if you’re in Park City this is definitely a place you don’t want to eat at. Don’t waste your money going there.

You should stop by here for dinner even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Food is fantastic! Not resort food, definitely not hotel restaurant food. It’s food prepared by someone who genuinely cares about her craft. Chef Kailey and her staff really go above and beyond to make the dining experience great. Ask for chef Kailey when you stop in for dinner!

This is one of Park City’s best kept secret! We had the fish and chips, which were the best ever!!! The French fries were perfect and so delicious! I had the triple wild game burger with caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms cooked medium!!! It was the best burger I have ever had!!! Even better was the service by our waiter Tomas!! He was very informative and such a nice guy!! And the prices were very reasonable!!! So next time you are looking for a fabulous meal go here and ask for Tomas!
