Why are we getting old chicken every time we go and sadly this is our favorite Williams chicken location it’s 30 minutes from our house we pass a whole other Williams on the way here but we like this one but for some reason lately when we go the chicken is old I worked at a Williams and church’s chicken Popeyes all kinds of chicken locations and I know when it’s fresh and not fresh we buy the chicken drive to the park 5 minutes away and the chicken is barley warm but the lady tells us oh that chicken just came out I’m like ok I’ll take some of that other then when I ask for it fresh they still give me old chicken they just put it in the bottom lol like why do they fry so much then it gets old then people come spend money and get old chicken why we come here twice a week that’s 8 times a month we spend just a little over 200 a month her because my my mad kids love it but it’s starting to get annoying the old chicken all hard and dark but they try and tell me it’s only 10 minutes old me frying chicken most of my life can tell the difference and it’s almost insulting that they think I believe it I try my best to be nice to them no be all disrespectful like I’ve seen other walk up and do please talk to them try to make them do better or at least offer to make it fresh yes I will Waite the 15-20 minutes it takes I used to wait till they started telling me it was fresh already that’s for your service best of luck hope the issues get fixed

They gave me old chicken. None of the chicken was fresh and you can see that they gave me the chicken that they had sitting up and used my DoorDash order to get rid of it. I always thought that to-go orders were especially made fresh so that the customers got the great quality food they paid good money for. Just because my meal has to be delivered to me doesn’t mean I don’t deserve a fresh hot quality meal. Just money wasted.

The bottom of our drinks had this black stuff in it, food was not fresh they served us half our order then told us it would be 7 more min for the rest waiting 15-20min longer, so half of the food was cold, we had to remind the person who was serving our food that we also ordered fritters we also ordered stuffed peppers and extra bread. We will not be returning they are not sanitary at all.
