If there were half stars, I’d probably give a 3.5, but I’m rounding up to 4 because I would go back for sure.
I started with a mai tai which was just ok. They don’t have a lot of tiki cocktails on the menu but maybe they can make the basics. I’ll try something else next time.
For an appetizer we got crab Rangoon. It was minimally stuffed and not very good. It should be avoided.
Dinner was much better. The half peking duck was good. The meat was excellent and the veggies were fresh, though the pancakes were more like a tortilla than a traditional peking pancake.
The spicy sautéed cabbage was amazing. I highly recommend the cabbage, particularly with the duck.
The service was efficient even though the dining room was pretty crowded. The atmosphere is nice, above average for a traditional Chinese restaurant.
Bottom line: I’m looking for a Chinese restaurant near by to be my go to. I’m not sure this is it, but I would go back again.

Just had a great New Year’s Eve dinner here! What a wonderful place to celebrate with high quality dishes, nice ambiance, good service and all for a good price. Will definitely be back!

Thanks to everyone at the Beijing restaurant in Lexington, Ma. I met my wife here, and have fond memories of our first meeting. Good food and great atmosphere! There is also a nice outside patio deck. Highly recommended. Thank you,
Mike & Qin

A really lovely place with decently affordable lunch specials. Fast and excellent service. Lunch special came with choice of crab rangoons or spring rolls as well as fried or steamed rice and hot and sour soup.

Let me preface this by saying that I am not one to complain HOWEVER I’m appalled by how I was just treated. Not only was I overcharged for sub quality food and poor service but then the waitress had the audacity to chase behind me and my wife. She demanded we leave one of the “suggested tip” amounts. Last I knew it said suggested NOT mandatory.

Visited at dinner time, the restaurant is nicely decorated and the dining environment is quiet. We had lobster, string beans as well as Peking duck, pork burritos. The food was delicious, but the waiter was nowhere to be seen.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. We were both unimpressed across the board. Flavors were good , portions were average but they are priced at the higher end of average for Chinese. Wait staff had difficulty seating us and order taker seemed to trying to upsell us at every selection, looking to get us to order more items even though 2 of us ordered a large main dish and 2 orders of rice already. Once food arrived ( very hot , so that was a plus) no one ever returned and we had to flag down someone to get our check to cash out, some 15 minutes after we had obviously finished our meal. There were only 2 tables with customers so its not like they were slammed. Unlikely to return here as there are literally hundreds of other choices within a short radius of here.

Excellent place for take out Chinese food. We found ours to be flavorful and good portioned. Overall a great spot and we will be getting take out from here again in the future for sure.

A wonderful experience! The Peking duck, veggies, steamed fish and sesame balls were out of this world! Price and service also excellent.

Dropped in for a quick bite to eat. Got the general tsos and it was pretty good. Nice and crispy and the presentation is good. Tossed a beer on the side too.
I love the jazz they play in there. I even came alone and it fit the mood.
The entrance is dope because it’s stairs. Up the mountain we go!
