the food was amazing, i had a chicken teriyaki dish with steamed rice on the side, amazing portion, more than enough.
the music was calm, the waitress was very professional. i was welcomed the second i entered and the waiting time for the food was at most 20 minutes. 100% recommend it.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Wakame Sushi in Mansourieh.
I placed an order on Valentine’s night. After waiting over an hour, I called to check on the order and was told it will take 30 more minutes. After another hour, I called again and they told me the order is being packed and will be given to the delivery. This continued for a total of 3 and a half hours of waiting.
In the end, the order never arrived, and I had to cancel it myself. No one called to apologize, no one offered an explanation, and there was absolutely no attempt to do anything for the inconvenience.
I understand that Valentine’s Day is a busy night and that restaurants can be overbooked. However, honesty and basic customer service are the minimum. If you were overwhelmed, you should have informed customers upfront or canceled the order instead of repeatedly giving false updates and making us wait for hours. It completely ruined our evening.
Very unprofessional handling of the situation and extremely disappointing customer service.

Restaurant is somehow small with around 20-25 seats.
Service is good. Waiters knows the menu very well.
Food taste is great especially their specialties.
Cleanliness is very good, and well maintained at the kitchen side.
Price wise, it can be little cheaper.
Average price range is 35$-40$ including wine.
Restaurant is definitely recommended

Loved the speciality items. The service is very slow though. You get served dish by dish with a wait of 10 minutes between each. We also received the first dish after waiting 30 minutes.
But the pieces are delicious, and the ratio of rice is perfect.

This place serves the freshest sushi and salmon . We tried dynamite shrimps , crispy salmon salad , rock n roll , nagasaki ( fried rolls ) ,fire dragon, club sushi , sakura salmon . The place is super clean . The staff are friendly and the quality and taste of food is amazing

Last week I picked up my usual futo maki & temaki.
It was warm tasted unfresh and horrible. Worse than super market prepped sushi left expired!
Im.shocked and utterly disappointed.
I used to encourage everyone i know to try it.
Now ill be doing the opposite.
New friendlier staff yet horrible food.
