The pizza was delivered to me cold why I got here. Cold is not my responsibility. I have a job and I asked you to bring me a hot pizza and pay you well for it. If you’re not going to compensate me replace the pizza with a good pizza that’s hot. I’m only a mile down the street at the Holiday Inn. I cannot reheat the pizza don’t tell me thank you for being a valued customer and you’re not going to take care of this problem. I’ve lost $40. I’m not in the habit of doing that it’s not good business.

Others getting there good before mine? And it was a call in? Didn’t know a 14” takes almost an hour to make, or neglect. Workers should prep better. Go to Dominos. Never have this problem there.

Great job to the Inglewood branch really exceeding expectations!! My delivery time was going to be longer than usual due to shortage on staff but they managed to pull through and get me my pizza in no time. I was shocked when it arrived way earlier than they expected. Pizza tasted great I had a fair amount of toppings and it arrived nice and warm . Two thumbs up to the weekend team !!

Not a great experience at all trying to modify an order I placed online. I called multiple times and no one stayed on the phone more than 5 seconds to assist me. The only thing they did was place me on hold for 18 minutes and then hang up. After I called back multiple times, I was not able to get anyone to answer.
If I could come into the store I would, but it’s not possible. Please fix your communication issues because I am sure I am not the only one that has had a problem before. Do not recommend.

Bad customer service ordered a pizza at 6:27 it is currently 8:22 it still hasn’t arrived supposedly the pizza was ready at 7:20 but still nothing will not be ordering again

About two years ago or so they weren’t doing great with completing their order accurately. I have been ordering from this pizza hut for the past 4 years. As of lately, they have gotten a lot better when it comes to accuracy of the order and the quality of the food they deliver. I’m really happy to see this store doing better!

This location is horrible! Customer service is horrible. They get your order wrong are are not apologetic at all.They actually wanted to argue with me when they were the ones who made the mistake. I asked for the manager who never came to the phone. I then called from a different number and they never answered the phone as it was the number connected to the order. It is my hope that this customer service matter be addressed by the district manager. It seems a refresher in customer service would be appropriate. No one has time for such unprofessional interactions. Now i see why i do not go to pizza hut!!!
