I woke up today craving a burger as a pregnant lady. My husband suggested five guys. That seemed like a good choice. We placed our order online and it said ready between 5-10 minutes. We ordered burgers and two little fries and drinks. We live about 5 minutes away, so when we arrived my husband checked to see if our order was ready since there was a bag up top. It wasn’t ours. We waited about ten minutes. Then he asked and was told not ready yet. People came in after us and got their orders before us. It wasn’t until about 32 minutes that we finally got ours. (From the estimate given to us online) They apologized like four times to my husband. When we got the order, my fries weren’t what you typically expect from this place. Ya know, the extra added in the bag. No, it was just my little cup filled and that was it. We also had to remind them that we got drinks with our order. So disappointed in this place. For $41. You just expect better service and quality.

It’s hard to believe,,but until this week I’d never been to a Five Guys,,I’ve always heard through world of mouth they were okay, but quite expensive., I decided to find out for myself finally., parking was a bit hard to find when we pulled up, but big deal. The location was empty when we arrived besides employees who greeted us right away., when they realized we’d not been in before the girl at the counter explained the menu a bit. We chose single patty bacon cheeseburger as well as a double. We made one a meal with fries. It was quite expensive. Over $30 to be more exact., I don’t think I’d come often for that price. Burgers were delicious,,bacon crispy and toppings fresh. The fries were horrible however. They were overcooked and over seasoned. Vibe is fast food like so definitely not anything fancy,

The food is delicious and the service is great. I don’t come here as often as I’d like, simply because of the prices. They’re a bit steep for my taste. Other than that, I love everything about this place. Bacon Cheese Burger “All the way,” never disappoints.

This location was simply amazing ! Mike the manager was taking orders while the rest of his crew was at all the other positions. He was above and beyond a good manager , told every customer to have a good night , tried fixing the soda fountain,because the wife said something was wrong with the diet coke , he walked around the dining room and checked on everyone. What a pleasure to see and watch a manager work with his crew and take care of all customers, he truly was the example to the new and upcoming staff , Thank you for a quick late night burger

I headed over to Five Guys with my family of 5 after a busy sports day, expecting to have a late dinner. According to their posted hours and online search, they close at 10 PM. We arrived at 9:01 PM, only to find the open sign off and the lights out, except for the kitchen. It felt odd since the door clearly stated they close at 10 PM.
About 4 workers just sat there and stared at us as we tried to walk in. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming, especially since we were within their business hours. Also, their delivery services state they take orders until 9:30.
We considered placing an order online but ultimately decided to take our business elsewhere and went to Culver’s instead. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I can’t give this location anything more than a 1 star after tonight’s experience.

I did not realize what I asked for and what was entered in the register were different, until I opened the burger. The worker at the counter very quickly and politely offered to and did correct it. What more can you ask for. I probably could have dealt with it sooner just by looking at the receipt but, I was too busy eating peanuts
