With these chains , these reviews mean nothing but here we go. Spent over 60$ on 3 pizzas bread sticks and some other crap. Ordered food , they said 20 min. I got there in like 10 min and my food was ready. Good start. Got home 5 min away and all.pizzas are rock hard burnt and had to re cut with pizza cutter. My fault for ordering there again. Last time same thing and I said I would never order there again. Im an idiot. I believe the workers there are pushed too hard to have the food out fast. More orders more money for owners. Slow down. Too funny. Everyone had 1 slice and that’s it, even rhe crust is being tossed in garbage. . Not even giving the dog any leftovers. Waste of money.

I eat here regularly, the staff are always so friendly, and the pizza is consistently great. Lisa at the front is especially amazing she’s incredibly warm and welcoming and truly treats me like family. The cooks are great too; honestly, everyone here is awesome

I had a carry out order for a big group of people. Staff at this location was very friendly. But when I got home one of the boxes was completely empty. I called for a refund (not this specific store, corporate maybe?) but they wouldn’t refund me over the phone even though I told them the issue, and said I had to bring the box back to the store to get a refund. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I don’t have the box anymore it’s already been thrown away with the remaining trash. DO BETTER Pizza Hut.

Miss C, Marshawn and Jason took great care of me today. The Western Branch Pizza Hut cancelled our order for 16 pizza that we place, paid, and confirmed days ago, 10 minutes before my son’s birthday party. Miss and and the crew at The Taylor Rd location saved our party by making our order a priority. Thank you for taking care of us and saving our party. AWESOME WORK!!!

The problem is that they dont tell you a wait time. Order was suppose to be ready 20 minutes ago but they forgot to make it. Then had to wait for them. They definitely need more people working. The manager needs to hire more help or do a better job rather then listening to music

What was delivered was different from what was ordered. Each pizza was cold, stale, and partially displaced or damaged. Given the condition of each pizza, it is difficult to believe that any were prepared in the last 4-6 hours. By the time we received the pizzas, the location had closed, so no one was available to address the issues. The pizza was inedible and had to be discarded. It is very frustrating to throw a $66.00 pizza order into the trash.

The food is the only saving grace. The staff here are the rudest people you’ll ever have the misfortune of running across. I simply asked for breadsticks I was missing from my alfredo order to get told off and hung up on. Customer service is at a 0 stars if I could do it.

The young man at the front…nice. That manager…need to find another job because she clearly don’t like managing Pizza Hut. If someone orders their pizza a certain way that’s obvi how they want it. Pizza so dry it’ll get stuck in your throat trying to go down. Extra means more than what you would typically use.

The pizza was on point. We always get the manager to make our pizza only because she knows how to get it just right for us, with pepperoni curl ing up around the egdes. The employees were also very helpful and friendly.
