Since they got new management this place has gotten worse. The new “GM” is an arrogant kid, rude and clueless. Ive noticed they have some people running around working solo as well. What a sweat shop. Recommend going to dekalb McDonald’s much friendly location.

I went there paid i paid for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Got my food, was told to park and wait for my drinks. 15 mintues later I go in to ask but there’s no one to help. Waited another 5 mintues before I finally got help. I told them i’ve been waiting for twenty minutes for 2 drinks, I just wanted a refund on the drinks so I could leave. The person who I think might have been a manager, instead, doesn’t give me a refund and tells the person who was supposed to be making my drinks to start making them twenty minutes later. I got them after another 5 mintues. 25 mintues for 2 drinks is ridiculous. Not surprisingly my food was cold by the time I got back to my car.

Not sure what has happened but this place is totally different. At least the drive thru is. Whoever you have running the drive thru tonight about 7pm needs to go to every McDonald’s in the area and teach the others how to act! Should make him a trainer immediately. I will be back there just because of how I was treated. Good job owners. Finally turning a horrible restaurant around. Please keep it up!

Awful service at this location. I ordered our food through the app while sitting at a table, and selected the “bring our food to the table” option. Not only do they not bring out the food, they don’t even call out an order number or name when they leave the food out on the counter, expecting you to know it’s there. So, our food was not hot by the time we got it. Our coffee drinks (a frappe and a cappuccino) weren’t even filled up all the way. The cups were only filled up about 3/4 of the way. We also did not receive any Monopoly codes.

Didn’t check if my food was correct, just shoved it at me. Luckily it was but specific details about the food where wrong. Never in my life have I been to McDonald’s at had my burger burnt where it was rock hard on parts of it. Thats insane. Plus the line is so slow. Even when there is not many people in it. Go to the one by Road ranger, it’s much better.

They take forever to make your food you sit in line for almost 7 minutes with nobody in front of you or behind youfor a single sausage biscuit this is ridiculous. I used to work at McDonald’s and it does not take that long and then they get an attitude. The bold guy at night time, sits there and talks while your food sitting there at the window getting cold and when you ask him for your food, cause you’re in a hurry, he shoves it in your face after telling you to wait a few minutes by the time I got my sandwich, it was cold. Will never come here again.

We are from out of town and stopped in for dinner, manager Carl was very helpful and was constantly working away handling the register, helping in the kitchen and then next thing we see he is out sweeping the dining area. We felt compelled to drop this review as this is a rare quality anymore, nice job McDonald’s.

Update: Hours are wrong, online and on the door! Showed up a 5:45AM on a Wednesday, and they’re closed. HORRIBLE location for reliable service.
Gone are the days of broken ice cream machines, now we are in the time of never working espresso machines. We’ve come here twice now about a week apart and both times their espresso machine has been “”down”” meaning only regular coffee and none of the other similar drinks 🙁

I waited in a mobile spot for 20 minutes for food, I then went inside to find what looked like a scene from Mad Max… no heat, ice cold inside (like 40⁰) disgusting kitchen, drive thru backed up, no leadership or direction. A fish rots from the head down, the owners should be ashamed.
