We’ve eaten here several times, usually not too bad, fries have gone down hill so I opted to not get them this time. My husband went and when he got home with my burger, Dave’s double no tomato, I got that, but with almost no lettuce. What’s up with that gang? There was more hanging outside than on it.

The manager tonight was very rude! She was very short with me when I asked for help using the mobile app to get my rewards. It took forever to get my food and then it wasn’t that good.

Extremely rude staff. I ordered breakfast over the app for pick up and when I got there on time but had to wait in line and during the waiting time it had just passed when they stop serving breakfast and the lady said she threw it all away after I already paid over the app then told me that I need to get on the app to get a refund. Totally bullcrap.

I ordered 2 biggie bags and baconator fries (which I’ve order multiple time). I received no forks nor was the cheese on my food melted. The person taking my order was absolutely rude. They also had no drinks except sweet tea and lemonade, and the worker got rude with me because I asked.

Can’t give a 0 for the food but I would if I could. All the food was nasty should have just cooked myself then I would know it was good a not dry an uncooked. Pato so had bent the fork trying to break it up at home . Need new staff an workers want eat their again

The woman at the window cared more about what another employee was doing. He was walking around talking, didn’t see him work at all, he just stood there mocking the window lady when she asked if the food was done. We watched what I assume was one of the cooks, guy with dark long hair and a big mustache, throw a sandwich in the bag and proceed to smack the bag around with gloved hands. We ended up missing one of our sandwiches and then left. Once we got our food out of the bag one of the sandwiches had paper from I guess the cheese still on it. Employees sucked but the manager there was very nice and is probably trying her best.
