Ordered ahead using the app for an order of tots and Philly CheeseSteak Sandwhich and waited for over 40 minutes and the app never even moved off of “Prep”. I had to call the 1800 number request a refund because the guys working didn’t answer the phone directly and was directed to enter the store which I did and canceled it personally. Never have I seen such sloppy prep areas and slow ineffcient service. After seeing the mess I wouldn’t have wanted the food anyways. Have a full refund on the way for the purchase price.

Sometimes this place is busy, so you may have to wait an extra 5 minutes or so. However, the staff works very hard to get the many orders out. A special thanks goes out to Ms. Kayla for working so hard and maintaining a positive attitude while the store was extremely busy. I used to like Dominos but my last two visits at this location were very disappointing. Quality has been poor. The customer service has been even worst. This most recent experience my pizza was paper thin. Bottom of the crust was practically nonexistent. I had to literally eat it from the box with a spoon. I couldn’t pick it up. I decided to call the store to address the issue. I waited over 12 minutes to hear an actual store employee. He stated they were busy and he would notify the manager he had a call. I continued to wait another 10 minutes on hold. I got so fed up. I got back into my car and drove back with my unsatisfied pizza. The front door was locked so I walked over to the pick up window. I rang the bell. No response. I see literally four employees and only one looked like he was working. He was the one to acknowledge me after I began to knock on the window. I showed my phone where I was STILL on hold after over 20 minutes. The gentleman grabbed the manager to address my concerns. He was apologetic and offered to refund my order and free items. That’s nice and all but after hearing that my call was never notified to management was infuriating. You literally have no guest in front of you. I’m watching three people with their hands empty from the pick up window. There should no distractions from business needs at that point. What if I was a paying guest wanting to place an order. Is that how you want to run a business? I let the manager know that’s a bad look on him as a team leader. I definitely won’t be using their services again. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

We ordered 2 pizzas and a chicken special and they told us it would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. My daughter went to pick it up they still didn’t have the complete order ready after 1-1/2 hours. Or pizzas were sitting on the counter and the chicken special still wasn’t done. They wouldn’t even come to the counter to give an update. Their was while pizzas on the floor and works cussing like crazy. This store is completely unprofessional. We will never be back!

Ordered pizza off app 1 hour 30 minutes before 12:00 pickup time. Wife gets there at 12:05 and waits 20 minutes and the rude lady states she is just starting to cook the pizza. She only has an hour for lunch. Wife complains and the rude lady cancels order. Will never step one foot inside this store ever.

Today, I ordered 11 pizzas for a co-workers birthday celebration. The pizza was hot when I picked up, correct and tasted delicious! The crew was courteous when I arrived and the facility was exceptionally clean!

My order was wrong. But the worst of it was that the pizza RAW! Dough uncooked all the way. Cheese didn’t even melt. Does no care at this location. This is is second time and again my order is wrong. Never again.

This was such a disappointment. It was way overcooked and should’ve never been served to a paying customer. A real shame. Domino’s is normally good pizza. Maybe it’s the location and the people running it. They are running it into the ground for sure. I would not consider Domino’s in Goodlettsville on my next visit.
