This location is honestly awesome. I’ve been here 10+ times and not once have I had anything other than great service. The two sweet ladies who run the line are absolute legends —friendly, fast, and they actually seem to care, which is rare these days. I genuinely wish customer service like this existed everywhere.

The only thing I’m a little bummed about is that most of the Subway coupons don’t work here. During work hours, Subway is my go-to because it’s filling and one of the healthier options, and that $6.99 footlong makes being a repeat customer way more affordable. The regular pricing isn’t terrible for how much food you get, but it’s still a bit disappointing to see those app coupons and know they won’t work at this location.

Still though—fantastic staff and great experience every time.

While completing my sandwich, cashier had the same plastic gloves on during transactions with the cash register and customers cards. Oh and I prayed over my sandwich real hard for not getting sick! I will not be coming back. Date Jan 14th 2026.

This place does not take coupons. Even tho my coupons were delivered to my house not even .5 miles away. Subway unfortunately is turning into a JOKE. Hardly want to give toppings. The prices are insane and I wish subway would do better. Thankfully the staff was super nice. A newer younger gentleman was helping me and he was so friendly. The food is good. Sucks that subways is turning into this. Bet they’re the next sub chain out the door. Will be doing it mikes way from now on. At least they actually cook their food. $14 for a sandwich no meal is INSANE.

Crappy place. I wouldn’t order anything from here. They won’t honor cupons. Cancels your order so then your money is tied up for days. You lose any money you need on the app if they Cancel. Just a waste of time.

We received coupons in the mail the other day so we decided to come and give it a try we walk in the door and they don’t take coupons here well I thought I would go ahead and try the Philly cheesesteak anyway the picture look really good
Boy then I get a big disappointment just look at the pictures and you’ll see so they don’t take coupons and then you can’t even get the discounts on the app that they offer needless to say I want home deleted my account and removed the app from my phone and that was the last time that I will ever eat at Subway again I am so glad I didn’t get sick from eating that

The food was what you’d expect but I was blown away when they told me they don’t accept the coupons that people get in the mail. First time I’ve had that happen, wound up spending double what I planned to because of that. It was the only reason I went was because I wanted to use the coupon. Apparently they used to have a sign up that said it but the manager told the workers to take it down. That sign needs to be on display.

Cancelling a doordash order and not providing a refund because a coupon is used is crazy work. Keep losing money guys. That isn’t how good business works. And just because you cancel the order doesn’t mean doordash will refund the money back. Fix your issues.

My little family and I came through this area from driving over 3 hours from the beach. We were exhausted and looking for something quick. There were 2 staff members working. A man and woman. Neither of them were friendly! The sandwich I ordered was a rinky dinky 6” turkey with no extra meat that we paid for! As she was putting on the condiments, the size of the tomatoes were fit for a baby and the amount of onions were sparse. That’s fine. I just asked for more. I wanted sauce on it so I asked for “extra mayo and mustard.” She barely tried. I asked for more mayonnaise and mustard. She adds the mayo and not the mustard, so I mention it one more time. It literally killed her to make a childlike sandwich and she was in such a hurry that she literally drowned it more in mayo instead. I politely mentioned that I stated extra mustard. She looks at me as if I was the problem, scrapes on the mayo and then proceeds to toss/refix (in a quick) manor. Not one single “I am sorry” as if it was MY fault for her mishap. There was only me, my husband, my son and then one other lady who walked in right before we left. What was the deal, ma’am?? Do you hate your job and life that bad that you could barely make a 6” sandwich with a few condiments and some sauces on it?? Get a grip! I kept my composure as I always do and I was friendly, but we took our food to the car to eat it because of the attitudes of these people. Not only that… my husband could not have black olives added to the new nachos Subway has right now. The guy who put together his lousy “footlong” nachos told my hubby he couldn’t have black olives put on them, so we ended up with a small cup of them instead. Weird, but okay…

If you don’t like your job, don’t work there! It’s not that hard to smile, listen and actually try! Money doesn’t grow on trees and it was $14 without any drinks or chips, so you could kindly think about that for future reference!!!

I placed an order and walked into the store to pick it up. The employees told me it was voided to to the “BOGO” coupon I applied. There are multiple issues with this location and not taking coupons. I spoke to a manager who said it’s the “owners choice” whether they take coupons or not. I wouldn’t have driven all the way there and wasted my if I knew they wouldn’t honor the coupon. To the owner if you’re reading this.. you guys are the problem with this location. I’m pretty sure this is one of the lowest grossing stores in the immediate area cause I can go up the street and get better service and someone who honors coupons and it shows. When I walked in, the manager even called to ask why an order was voided. So they’re aware of concerned about why the store isn’t getting money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Maybe Subway corporate should step in cause this place is 0/10. I left my phone number with management to have the owner call me about my inconvenience. I’ll update this post in a few days.
