Reviews
Positives …Server was attentive, upbeat and very pleasant. Manager was attentive. Nice and bright with comfortable and private booths. Restroom was very clean.
Areas for improvement…
Food was not hot. Plates were very hot but inside our enchiladas, burritos and taco temp was well below expectation. Food was salty. Very hard to understand our server. Menu pages were greasy.
Still recommend though
The Servers are attentive and anxious to help and the owners are on the floor themselves every day. Occasionally, there’s a communication issue but not often. Everyone tries to get you the best version of the dish you want.
Prices are fair for lunch and dinner. Lunch portions are smaller and better value. We often wind up taking carry out boxes home from dinner.
Ayala’s is new and the rooms are bright and clean. Can’t ask for much more.
Steak had quite a bit of fat on it which I personally do not like but the pieces of the steak that I did eat were good.
The shrimp tasted amazing.
Guacamole salad was great as well.
Staff is super friendly and attentive!
I will say the restaurant definitely needs better lighting though.
Beers are served in an ice cold glass and all in all it was one of the best Mexican restaurant meals I have had. I would certainly recommend this place.
The food was the typical mid-scale Mexican restaurant menu and quality. The fried ice cream was good & fresh with sufficient toppings and a nice crispy shell. The Xango is a fried tortilla filled with cheesecake filling and also very good.
The vegetarian options are very good blends of vegetables that are left with just enough crispy and well seasoned. The 3 Taco meal didn’t come with as much veggie toppings as we expected, but were prepared well. The chicken was cooked thoroughly but still tender. All in all, it is a nice place to eat out and enjoy a casual meal.
