Just dined in at this place and ordered a regular Dagwood with extra ham, provolone, bacon, and pepperoni. My boyfriend also got a regular Philly with a large fry and a drink. The total was $41. My sub came out first and half the bread was showing because there was about 5 shreds of ham on the sub. The pepperoni also didn’t make it on the sub. My boyfriend’s sub was also pretty light on the meat and cheese. My boyfriend took my sub up to the front and asked if the amount of ham on the sub was really double. The manager said it was weighed out to 5oz so yes. When we walked in there were 3/5 employees on break talking loudly in an empty (other than my boyfriend and I) restaurant about a crappy co worker. They then all returned to the clock and continued their loud personal conversations. All of which I honestly would’ve overlooked had we not been completely screwed over on our food.

We visited the Penn Station store on
State Route 256
I ordered a large Chicken Philly with sautéed onions mushrooms and grilled peppers on white bread with mayonnaise and a large fry. My wife ordered a Steak Philly with onions and a medium fry.
We also ordered a large and a medium lemonade.
Our order came to thirty-two dollars and some odd cents which upon seeing the amount of food that we received,
seemed to be a bit pricey.
We were promptly greeted upon walking into the store probably because I came in snapping pictures and telling them that this was my first visit and that I would be doing a Google review.
The gentleman was very polite in helping us decide what to order.
We ordered our food to go because of Covid-19 and there wasn’t anyone else dining inside of this particular location.
The restaurant was clean and everyone had on masks and gloves as far as I could tell.
The food was still pretty warm by the time we got home.
My wife tried hers first and said the lemonade reminded her of the ones from the State Fair.
I was intentionally trying to scrutinize my meal and must say that I have no complaints besides the price.
Which attributes to the 4 stars.
My chicken was tender and my veggies were too, I proceeded to devour the whole large sub and my wife ate all of hers as well, fries too! (Which I forgot to mention were fresh cut, my favorite kind. )

We don’t get to go to penn station often, but I was in the area and my husband asked me to bring him a sub to work. The food was fresh and hot! The customer service was ON POINT! I wish I had caught their names, but 2 young men were working and they were absolutely delightful!

Fries are great!
Sub was delicious. The bread is more elastic than European bread, but the toppings were good quality.
Cookies were clearly still in the square shape from being a break and bake style.
Floor was sticky. But I would recommend it for subs. Overall, I would go back and just get the sub and fries.

I have been to this location several times and I am not sure if it was because of Zach or the multigrain bread, all I know for sure is it was the best Penn Station I have had in years. It was so good that I want more already and I just left.

Delightful staff, well-kept/ clean restaurant, great quality! Philly cheesesteak is amaaaaazing!!!!… Better than Jersey Mike’s and Subway! Prices are great too!

I’ve been ordering food from here about once a week. There are a few employees that work here that are beyond amazing! MARLEETA IS GREAT! She is always smiling, has a great attitude, and is very thorough in her work at Penn Station. She deserves a raise, if you ask me! I can’t say enough how wonderful and pleasant Marleeta is!!

Sat for 20 minutes inside after ordering with no one else in the building before me. New guy behind counter had no idea what he was doing and the “trainer” next to him couldn’t help much either. Bad vibes with mid to low tier food. Go elsewhere
