Tastes incredible!! We got smoked ribs and a few sides… He made the coleslaw fresh! Fall apart in your mouth ribs with a fantastic flavor. Worth every penny☺️ Clayton is super nice too!

Great bbq! We had ribs and brisket. Both were amazing. Cheesy potatoes were also awesome. Price was also fair. We met plenty of locals going there to get smoked meats. The owner makes food fresh to order (we liked our coleslaw without dressing so he made sure there was no liquid in it;) It opens Tuesday-Friday only so if you happen to be around during this time of a week, make sure you stop by and get yourself some treat.
The owner is a great man. We love him and his life stories. Hat off to his service of the country and people. Thanks Steve!

Super friendly, awesome bbq if you can get it. Goes fast! Wouldn’t hurt to call ahead. Great for crazy kids running around outside at the old converted gas station tables.

AMAZING FOOD!!! I was shocked at how fantastic Clayton’s was, since I’d only recently heard of it! Incredibly impressed not only with the quality of food and the price but Clayton himself! You can tell he really cares about his customer’s experience. We got a little bit of everything and it was all fresh and delicious! I’ll definitely be a regular there now!

Best bbq I’ve ever had! And I’m from NC! The portions are huge! The ribs were amazing as well as the chicken! Everything here is delicious! Clayton is super friendly and made our coleslaw fresh to order. Can’t wait to go back!

I recently moved to the area from another state and this is the absolute best place for bbq. I was greeted by the owner like we were old friends! He was very helpful and cheerful! And then I got home and had a chance to eat: this is hand’s-down the best food I have eaten in town! The beans were thick, smokey and sweet. The cheesy potatoes were delicious, creamy and just a pinch spicy. And the ribs were phenomenal! The meat on the bones was thick and smokey on the edges and soft like butter in the middle, and fell right off the bones. I will absolutely be returning, again and again!

Amazing barbecue! Never disappointed! Homemade barbecue sauce and all! Only downside is two outdoor tables for seating and no public restrooms, so carry out may work best.
