We went here for dinner as a family of three and crystal served us. She was super quick and extremely friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was spotless clean and smelled great. Our food was fresh and hot and what we loved were the cheese pulls from our mozzarella sticks we don’t get that at other locations. The new fried turkey gobbler sandwich is a must try, decent size sub but stuffed generously. Thank you for your amazing hospitality and friendly and hard-working staff members… definitely going back to this location.

Glad I gave this location another try.
Went through the drive through and got my food fast and was hot. Got extra Arby sauce I asked for a good amount of napkins to be able to eat in the car.
I had bad experiences at this location in the past but this time everything was right. Maybe it depends on the shift.
I would have given a 5 but the roast beef inside the sandwich had the off color that sometimes roast beef from Arby’s can have.

Used to be awesome, but wow have they fallen. They’re incredibly slow to take your order. I’ve been inside (because they didn’t acknowledge me at the drive thru) and I still wasn’t acknowledged for at LEAST ten minutes. Horrid. It is INCREDIBLY slow. You’ll get your food faster at Chili’s.
KFC next door served 2 dozen cars while I have yet to get my food.

Terrible food. Roast Beef was unbelievably dry. No juice with the French dip and the fries speak for themselves. A complete waste of $50 today not to mention our coworkers time on her break. Does not deserve any stars.

Darryl “Duck” Royal, “T” & Manager on Duty today was Chris! This incomparable trio absolutely dominated today! These gentlemen exemplified the true meaning of dedicated, genuine, EXCEPTIONAL Customer & Food Service!! Seamless service all around! I went inside to place my order, the establishment was very clean & I was acknowledged upon entering! Customer service in itself is simply difficult. Customers can be rude & unforgiving so multiply that by 100 in the food service industry lol! This is why I took time out of my schedule to actually sit down at a table and honestly recognize Darryl, T & Chris. Simple acts of kindness and appreciation for the service that they provide to us takes no time. I encourage you to pay it forward especially when your experience is flawless. Gentlemen, you guys represented the Arby’s franchise in a Top Tier manner and I just wanted to say “Thank You.”

Good food and better variety of items than they used to have. Pretty quick service and drive thru is usually faster than the majority of drive thrus. App needs to be fixed though because it often has problems working properly.
