Love to come here, the food is always great. Unfortunately, this time we didn’t get to enjoy. We got our beverages, and my husband’s diabetes alarm went off. We were scolded by the bartender to turn down the phone. Told him it was his diabetic alarm, it’s not a video game or something like that. So instead of getting our order and getting food for my husband, who was in need, the bartender didn’t come back!!! 20 minutes passed. We shouldn’t have waited that long, but the Apple cider beverage my husband ordered kept him from passing out. We had to leave to get food for him. We offered to pay for our drinks, but he said not to worry about it.

I suspect that this is the local pub… “Where everyone knows your name”. Members of our band played here. I’m quite certain, it was the first time they had bagpipes and drums. Their hospitality was exemplary… And the food was great too!

This is a typical Wisconsin watering hole. Good staff with locals in abundance. Grill options available, though I only had a beverage. Service was prompt, and I was checked on appropriately, without being hounded. Park is right across the street, so stop in for some local flavor.

We had high expectations since it was voted best burger in 2023, but we were disappointed. The burgers were average, the fries weren’t good at all. The prices are pretty good though.
