Omg we pay 75 dollars we pay for homelet, pancakes,
Chicken tenders ,, French fries.
And all of it ….were so nasty like nasty.
If I could I would post the pictures of the food.
They should change the Cook or teach him.
The pancake test like tortillas.
The homelet test like old food oil.
They used the same oil to cook all the food….
And don’t even clean the rest of the old Born onions…
I was mad….
Getting from work so hungry paying 75 dollars thinking you going eat a good test food..
And what a surprise plus you hoping the other food we order test good but not…
We ending cooking a soup of nudles…

The waiter was attentive, but she can do as much as possible, she can only do as much, but since management is inept there’s no excuses- either cookers needs training or management needs training, – arrived 11:45a and food got to the table 12:50p. As u guessed cold, pancakes hard. I was getting ready to leave- really more than an hour, and no excuse, place was half full. Zero stars

First of all, our server Paola was excellent – she was attentive, polite, and genuinely tried to make our experience pleasant despite the chaos around her. However, the overall service was a mess. It took a while to even get our drinks, and we noticed tables seated after us getting theirs much faster, which was frustrating.
When our food finally arrived, my eggs Benedict came out stone cold, and the eggs were practically hard-boiled – not what I ordered or expected for a $12 plate. I rarely send food back because I understand how hectic restaurants can get, but this was a clear mistake. When I pointed it out to Paola, she immediately agreed to have it fixed, which I appreciated.
But instead of a corrected plate, another server brought out just the eggs, leaving me with the rest of my meal still cold. That’s not a solution. I told the server to comp it because this just wasn’t acceptable. She tried to shift the blame to the manager, and when the manager eventually came over, she only offered to fix the issue after I mentioned leaving a review, which felt like a last-minute attempt to salvage the situation.
They did end up comping my plate, but the entire experience was disappointing. It felt like no one was really in control, and I left feeling like my time and money weren’t valued. I doubt I’ll be back

Went here during lunch. Service was good and we got sat immediately. Unfortunately the food was bland with no flavor and Luke warm. Got some crepes and were overwhelmed by the amount of cinnamon on them plus they were mushy and not cooked right. I was really looking forward to eating here, kind of disappointed.

My family and I went for lunch since I was on my lunch break decided on going here because usually they are fast and really attentive and amazing customer service. Well today it was the complete opposite we went ordered and waited for our food and nothing 30mins passed that’s half of my lunch that went to the trash and the food never got to the table our waiter just brought out our drinks and never passed by again to check up on our table or how the food was going NOTHING. We ended up leaving because it’s frustrating having us look for our waiter and she never appeared keep in mind there was like 2 other tables it wasn’t even packed. And waiting for food more than 30mintues with not a single update on our order was messed up.

Server was great. Although the manger at this location named Rosa treats workers very poorly. She screams at them in front of customers yet she’s busy sitting at tables and having conversation with construction workers.. as well quick to serve them and their tables only. As a manger she should be checking on every table not just ones with construction workers.. and lastly their were serval fruit flies all around the restaurant

“Waitress Alexa” Everything started great till they brought the food the folks they gave us was filthy and asked for new ones then she forgot my wife’s plate she didn’t bring it till 15 minutes later so that was strike one. I called her over and ignored me and then comes later after I called her again I asked her can you please bring me a new folk and more butter she said yes, finally bring me my folk and forgets the butter ok fine no worries, before she left I said can u also bring my niece ranch for her chicken that also never got here, she said ok. She comes back with the ranch, fork and butter and after started to eat my eggs are undercooked I’m like omg man the food at this time is cold than my niece finds a long black hair in her ranch like come on man I said I’m not paying for this meal of mine and the manager said 50% discount when I didn’t finish anything wow, never going back to this place the waitress is blaming the cooks and manager, what u see in the picture is how I left it and still only got 50% discount

I haven’t been at IHOP for a while. This is a beautiful iHOP in Mission, TX.
It looks like they’re working on this strip, new businesses popping up here.
I was very pleased with the ambiance and how big it is. I bet this is a new location.

I requested condiments and part of my food was brought separately. It took them a bit instead of bringing everything that comes in the plate together. We requested napkins & sugar (which were not given at the beginning when they brought me unsweet tea. Our waiter was too busy counting his tips. After a while he looked towards our table and says “oh napkins”. He had forgotten we had asked for napkins, condiments since he was too busy counting his .
