I love this place! I love the ambiance. They have a great selection of beers to choose from. The food is totally amazing. I had the Cuban and it was so delicious. My husband had the bratwurst platter and he loved it. The bratwurst was so tasty and their sauerkraut was so delicious. Our waitress was so very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant to others. Thank you so very much.

Cash only and no high chairs. Other than that this place is really neat. Great decor, awesome service and the food is incredible. The sauerkraut is homemade and mouthwatering and the sausages are excellent. Huge beer selection although most was in a bottle, with a really good South Dakota craft brew on tap (Crow’s Peak?). I’m glad we went even if it was expensive.

Very good German style food! We got the Reuben and a plate with 2 brats. The Reuben was delicious, I loved their sauerkraut. The “German fries” are more like potato scallops, but they were very good, we just didn’t know what to expect exactly. The only reason that we didn’t give a 5 star is because they were very short staffed and service was lacking due to it. The waitress said it was her first day and she was the only waitress there on a Thursday at lunch time. We do not fault her at all but we felt bad about how hard she had to work, hopefully everything smoothes out for them because it was great food.

This place has a super fun vibe with amazingly delicious German dishes. The pork and sausage dishes were so delicious, as well as their potatoes and sauerkraut. Also, the dear loved hanging out around just outside the bar. One even came right up to the bar entrance!

We have visited a few times. The food is always very good and authentic german food. Everything is excellent. Some of the very best in the Black Hills or many of the areas we have traveled! The atmosphere is so very cozy. We love sitting outside in the summer and fall. We love the atmosphere. There is a great beer selection as well. Plenty of parking.

You get what you pay for here. The prices are a little high, but the quality and quantity of food you get is amazing. I would recommend anything off the menu. The sauerkraut was a little too sweet for my taste however.

On vacation from Colorado and this is the best German food hands down!! Had the pretzel with spicy mustard, yummy! The sweet and spicy pickles on the Haus Burger were fantastic!! The haus kraut best we’ve had. Kuddos on all the meals.

Nice place overlooking the main road. Inside or outside and bikers welcome. Had the Haus Burger with no bun (trying to eat gluten free) with fries and a side of slaw. Very tasty. Also a good variety of beers.
