The vodka sauce came in hot — rich, flavorful, and surprisingly filling, with a bold black-pepper aroma that let you know this was no jar job. Comforting, but confident.

Backup arrived in the form of rigatoni that was clearly house-made, finished with shaved basil and a bright, zesty marinara that cut clean through the richness of the parm. The decision to run two different sauces was tactical brilliance — alternating bites delivered a constantly shifting flavor profile that kept the palate engaged from first fork to final casualty.

Ok well im extremely disappointed with my visit I’ve dined here many times and never once had a bad meal or experience. But tonight was horrible I ordered the zupa de peche.over linguine lite fra diavlo.was served my dish and the lobster tails were missing sent it back came bk to me with 1 small half tail really chef wat a joke .not to mention the amount of pasta was just enough for a toddler 1/3 of a pound of linguine really chef little skimpy dude pasta is 1.00 a box be little mire generous it helps .had 4 shrimp 4 miniature clams and 5 muscles with maybe 10 pieces of calamari wth are serious my plate was a skeleton and of real portions like I’ve always received this was pathetic and charged me 54.00 for 16.00 worth of food should be ashamed to call yourself a chef .Will I return maybe maybe not that was a extremely bad experience left hungry and had no reply from inexperienced waitress Isabella rather she hid from my table was over 20 minutes after we finish our meal we were asked if we wanted coffee or dessert wr denied and asked for bill truly bad experience.

We absolutely love Arturo’s! This gem is a three-generation family owned authentic Italian spot, that has been around for over 40 years. I was astonished by how massive their menu is. But even more so, how incredible every single dish we tried was! Rated #1 on door dash for pasta in Bergen County, there’s simply no surprise! The portion sizes, flavors, and home made pasta is simply incredible. The arancini’s and chicken parm vodka were highlights for me. But the game changer is the extensive home made desserts and gelatos made in house. The cheesecake was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The service was excellent and we loved the live music (Monday and Thursdays) to add to a lovely date night or celebration type of ambiance. Overall, would absolutely recommend this spot!

Absolutely phenomenal restaurant. I’ve been hearing great things for a while and finally decided to give it a try to celebrate an anniversary, and I’m extremely happy I did. Delicious food (the chicken parm was unbelievable), the staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

Update. Weekend may present a problem, or under staffed. Dinner was disappointing from lack of proper service. So instead of enjoying ourselves, we spent our time trying to get another drink. Basically we were left to fend for ourselves and instead of staying for coffee and desert we paid the check and left. WOW! For my wife to rave at the authenticity and taste of the Cacio e pepe is a very high compliment. The Steak Pizzaiola was also very nice cut, properly prepared medium rare. Honestly, I like the way Espo’s in Raritan, NJ prepares it with mozzarella cheese, the steak itself not as tender as Arturo’s. The Staff was attentive and professional and service was perfectly timed. We will most certainly make this our new dining home.

Serves fantastic food but also provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, making sure every aspect of the meal was perfect.

A true gem for anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine. From the insane delicious Arancini balls to the exquisite Chicken Marsala, every dish is crafted with care and passion. Paired with a fine glass of Pinot Noir, it’s an experience you won’t want to miss.

Food was great but the service lets it down. I ordered pasta – no offer of black pepper or Parmesan, never came back to fill our water. Overpriced for the service; better restaurants in Bergen for the price. Won’t return – underwhelmed.

A hidden gem! I’ve lived about 7 minutes from this restaurant for a long time and I’m so mad we just discovered it now. It truly is an awesome, authentic Italian restaurant. We arrived really early for our reservation and sat at the bar, greeted by Jen and Luis with great drinks and great conversation. We then sat at our table and met our waiter, Mike, who was attentive, great personality and gave recommendations since it was our first time. From appetizers, to entrees, to dessert with cappuccino- everything was absolutely divine, fresh, amazing food! We ordered spiedino alla Romano, Shrimp Gratin, Chicken abruzzese, chicken milanese, house salads, flourless fudge brownie, cheesecake, cappuccino and espresso. The portions are huge and we took a lot of leftovers home!
We can’t wait for our next date night

Pleasantly surprised! No wait on a Saturday night. I lived the lobster and my truffle ravioli, I didnt like the artichoke as much. But definitely will be back.
