Tokyo is a great place for sushi. We never eat the buffet, but I think it is reasonably priced.
We always order sushi to go, and it is very quick. The sushi tastes fresh, and they make the rolls when you place an order. My wife and I are glad to have a sushi place in magnolia. We eat here often.
I can’t speak for the buffet, but you can’t go wrong ordering the sushi. Highly recommend Tokyo and the Arkansas roll.

They take serve yourself a little far… Pay first, make your drink at waitress bar, then pick your spot to eat. Food had been on warm tables for hoursss. Looked like the food hadn’t made fresh since yesterday. Place was dead at lunch time. Don’t bother.

The Tokyo Roll is so good with the spicy Mayo and eel sauce on top. I also love getting the shrimp fried rice with a side of dumpling sauce. You can’t go wrong. Would have given 5 stars, but the buffet seriously lacks. Always order from the menu!

The only reason they even get 1 star is because 0 stars is not an option. Food was old and cold!! Literally fixed our plates sit down and walked out!! They make you pay in advance, $58.00 for 4 people and there wasn’t even any food on the buffet to justify that. Gross would not recommend!! Dont take a chance on food poisoning!! Definitely not up to temp!!

This place feels like a ‘liminal space’ situation. Walked in to see 2 other customers eating quietly, ZERO music playing, and the host was a child who didn’t have much to say.
I waited longer than expected for my to-go order and just had a creepy feeling hanging over me the whole time I waited.
HOWEVER…the food was BOMB! Definitely worth the wait, but the place is still super weird.

Understand that this is a laid-back dinning experience. You pay when you come in. There is no waiting staff. You will get your own drink. That said, the food is worth the cost (10.99 for adults 11 years and up.) It’s plain but nobody will rush you out of the door and you can relax.
