It’s one of the last Wendy’s left with the old 90s style design inside and out. Unfortunately the prices and value have not kept up. It’s so expensive when you know it’s not fresh at peak times. The last time I was there they were completely out of straws which was annoying. They should’ve bought some at the store before the next order comes in.

Such a mixed bag.
Lately, I had been getting a few people that are extremely rude and don’t seem to understand English .
I have decided to stop going because it’s very awkward. They would also confuse the readout. So I would get honey mustard instead of honey BBQ.
The condiments section is disheveled and gross. The dining room is filthy. Things are slow .
This is a 3rd world Wendy’s.

Originally came here for breakfast, but due to a misunderstanding, we were three minutes late after breakfast hours were done. We ordered breakfast through the mobile app prior to the shift from breakfast to lunch, but arrived too late. Yes we were pretty disappointed and annoyed about the situation.
However, after church we came back to eat, and the manager there approached us with sincere apologies about the situation in the morning. Due to the fact that he went out of his way to provide his apologies, we will continue to come back here again. The manager did not need to do that, but he did and we are thankful for his apologies.

Ordered today around 4pm. Poor customer service and store in need of a health dept inspection! Other stores under Trish/Mat (District Managers) would never run like this. Poor personal hygiene of the manager and flies SMH. Worst Wendy’s I seen in my life, literally!

I ordered the son of the baconator on a pretzel roll meal and got a poorly thrown together baconator. Cashier was rude and too busy goofing off. The manager had to come and give me my food and drinks.
Very disappointed
The manager was wonderful and polite. He needs a better crew.

I went to this Wendy’s and there were these groups of guy that were high as a kite working there, got none of my order right and stole my money, then the other time I went was later and I tried to walk in an hour and a half before they close and this guy locked all the doors so he could chat it up with his friend and walked out yell at us that they were closed, I don’t know who they are hiring there but they really need to be smarter.

We pulled up to order and someone said they would be right with us. We waited approximately 5 minutes. A person came out while we were sitting there and turned the menus from breakfast. We said wait we have been sitting here and now you won’t serve breakfast. We were told no. The time that we left was 10:28.
