i’m italian, and i know many people here turn their noses up at american fast-food pizza, but honestly, i think it’s delicious. sure, it’s completely different, but that doesn’t mean it’s bad.
the pepperoni was crispy, a little spicy, and full of flavor. the pizza had tons of cheese, just how i like it. the stuffed crust itself was a bit bland, but the garlic sauce for dipping made up for it, so tasty and creamy. yes, it was greasy, but in the best, most indulgent way possible.

This is the worst location. Ive ordered from here twice over a year and everytime its inconsistent with quality at other locations in NYC (uptown Manhattan particularly). This place barley puts sauce, the pizza crust is barley cooked and I order the New Yorker and they never stretch the dough to make it thinner than the regular crust. This location is so annoying and Im mad at myself for trying this loser location again.

During my years, I would go to this place because I used to have family that lived nearby so I would go and get takeout for dinner. Since I had different types of pizza there, they were really good because it tasted nice and fresh right out of the oven. You even get a free jalapeno if you are into eating spicy stuff. Sometimes, they even had some good deals for a pizza and I would highly recommend you get it because it is really good. These are the goods on why Papa John’s is worth going to. However at Papa John’s, if you have a sensitive stomache like I did, I would highly stay away from the buffalo chicken pizza because when I ate a buffalo chicken pizza, I had food poising and had to rush to the bathroom four times because they chicken was too raw and not cooked well enough and it was the most painful thing that I had ever experienced. If you order buffalo chicken pizza but have a sensitive stomache, try to asking the staff to have the chicken removed from the pizza because the chicken may contain raw meat which can cause you to have food poising. Additionally, when you walk into this place, sometimes it takes very long until someone comes up to the register to take your order which can be annoying and frustrating that they see you but continue to mind their business. So if you are looking for some choices of pizzas to eat, you can create your own toppings and select the size you want. My recommendation is to choose pepperoni and whatever topping you want to choose. These are all the experiences that I had when I went to Papa John’s to get takeout and eat their fresh pizza. It was worth it since the food I got was nice and fresh. Since my family moved, and none of my family live nearby anymore, I cannot come back since I live far but would like to thank them for creating a welcome atmosphere when I came to place my order. If you are hungary and want to eat pizza, this is a good place to go and get your pizza since the pizza taste nice and fresh. Thank you staff.

Decent pizza at a good price. I did carry out and it was ready by the time I walked there. Always use the discounts online for them. Two topping large pizza is about $19. Delivery is $2.99. The place itself looks clean and the staff nice enough. Hope this helps!
