Ok. I don’t normally leave fast food reviews… but I was extremely grateful for the experience my wife and I had over the Thanksgiving weekend. My wife orders the chicken from the KFC part. The food that I received was very good and very fresh. Some of the best LGS fish ive actually had before. Sodas were good, and fries were cooked properly. My wife’s chicken was freshly prepared and good she said. The reason im leaving a review this time, was because we actually had a male employee be completely honest with us about a problem they had and was easily solvable. When we recieved all of our to-go food, he asked if we’d prefer a couple pieces of different chicken, or the chicken we particularly ordered because a couple of the pieces had dropped on the floor… ive never had a fast food place be that honest about something and profusely thanked the employee for being THAT honest about what happened. Had they just put the chicken in our to go order We’d have never known the difference… so again thank you very much for the A+ experience. Excellent service and very good food!

The chicken tasted funny. There was something wrong with meat. I took it to the counter and tried to explain to the”manager”. She was upset. She yelled at me and said I insulted her cooking. She wouldn’t trade it or refund my money because I took a couple bites of the breast. (I spit them out but didn’t show her that. Most of it was uneaten). I told her that she was yelling at me. She threatened to kick me out. I told her that I would finish my sides the leave. The corn was bland at best. The clams were good though. That’s why I couldn’t give the food a “1” rating and opted for “2”. I wrote the company. They asked me several questions and I haven’t heard back since.

I love LJS! This location is with a KFC. I had a L1, which is two fish, fries, 2 hush puppies and 20 Oz drink. The price is $8.99! I had a short wait as thr fish was cooked fresh. Fish was fantastic! Fries were hot and crispy. Hush puppies were very warm and delicious. Recommend this location. The dining room was neat, the restrooms could use a little attention.

The chicken tasted like it had been fried with fish, which leads me to belive cross contamination is normal here, the bathroom floors are almost always covered in urine and it smells like that rarely changes.
The food is OK, but I can tell things are not cleaned properly or the oil changed regularly.
Every time I go here there is a completely different crew.

I was very surprised that their menu hasn’t increased in price that much. It’s been along time since I’ve been to a Long John Silvers, I don’t remember it being as salty as it was. That is the only reason I gave it a 2 star. Way, way to salty.

As usual, the fish was delicious. This time around it was a little salty but otherwise tasty. The lobby was closed due to having a shortage of employees. Even with that barrier, they were still open via drive-thru only. Drive-thru personnel were very nice!

Normally when I go for long John silvers it’s old and dry/ greasy. Tonight however it was excellent fish chicken and shrimp were extremely fresh !! Whoever is cooking tonight deserves a rained!
