I have never before been so intentionally ignored at a counter in my life. When I walked a bit befor 7:00a.m. in there was nobody in line at the counter, I walkes up as the only person in line in a clear line of sight of the 3 people working behind the counter. They had a busy drive through and it appeared that they also had some mobile app slips to fill, so I was patient and attempted to be understanding. I watched as they made 5 or 6 coffees with whipped cream and drizzle to fill the mobile slips that were on the counter in front of me as well as several for tge drive through. I only started to become a bit annoyed when I started to see new mobile slips being printed and placed down on the counter in front of me and they were filling those orders before even looking at me. Also they were constantly taking drive through orders, two of the three were taking drive through orders while I stood there. Only after watching a number of drive through and moble orders that had arrived much later than I did being filled did I finally speak up and ask, ” Is this location drive through only?” To no response. So I asked again louder (with a polite yet inquisitive tone) at that point a voice cut through the chaos saying faintly ” No we aren’t drive through only.” So to that voice I responded ” Well I am pretty sure that I have been standing here at the counter a lot longer than the people who’s orders that you are filling in the drive through.” After another 3 or 4 minutes a person came to take my order. It didn’t go well. That is a story for another time. Over all I was in the dunkin donuts for about a half an hour from the time that I got in line to the time that my order was incorrectly filled.

Timeliness and order accuracy were perfect! My only complaint was that my box of donuts was packaged upside down no complaints on the food itself!

My iced coffee had some sort of froth sitting on the top which is never happened before in the years of drinking iced coffee. It was still there after hours which doesn’t happen even if you have cold foam so I’m not sure what this was! I forgot about this when I went today and sat in the line for 15 minutes without it moving at the drive-thru and I just left because I had to get to work. Boycotting this locating in the future!! Just WOW

It seems that this Dunkins is very slow a lot of the time. The staff are nice, but I think the management under staff’s. I use the drive thru mostly. I go inside to buy coffee occasionally.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I GAVE MY ORDER TWICE, STILL CAME HOME TO AN INCORRECT ORDER ON ALL OF MY ITEMS!! THEY DO NOT LISTEN, RUSH MORE THAN USUAL SPEED FOR FAST FOOD, AND CLEARLY DONT WANT TO EVEN DO A DECENT JOB. I WILL DRIVE TO A DUNKINS IN FRANCE BEFORE GOING THERE AGAIN.

I bought a 50 count munchkin box today and asked for an assortment. What I got was 25 blueberry munchkins and 25 glazed. I also ordered a small, regular coffee and got a mouth full of grounds in my last swallow. If this is the only Dunkins available skip it.

I ordered a medium frozen hot chocolate and it tasted absolutely disgusting like the machine hasn’t been cleaned in a year so I brought it back, they gave me another one.And that one also tasted like complete crap.I would not recommend this dunkin’s.To my worst enemy, there is definitely a health hazard going on.In that place, the donuts were completely stale.Absolutely disgusting. So I brought my drink to the dunkin’ donuts in milton, and they refunded me a new drink and it was absolutely amazing

Just sat in the drive thru with no one in front of us. The guy at the window had his headset on and was cussing about a mess in there. We yelled multiple times “ can we place and order” after 10 minutes of no response and the guy still cussing into the mic at the ordering station we drove up to the window. There was SIX guys in there working they all looked at us in the window and no one came over. There was no one at the counter. We then yelled hey can we place an order and they again all looked and no one came over. What an absolute disaster. 6 of you and you can’t take an order? Waited at the window for another 5 minutes before just driving away. Absolutely pathetic.

Used to come here until today and seeing all the 1 star reviews with no accountability from the owners/management I’d be surprised if they don’t close down lol. I ordered 2 snack bacons and waited about 5-10 minutes at the window waiting even though I was the only car which is fine until both my orders of bacon were so black and burnt I couldn’t even eat a single piece. If you can’t handle working at fast food job like Dunkin I don’t know how you wipe yourself smh do better. That’s “2 orders” as well but would barely fill a child up.
