We ordered take out from this place while visiting the area. We were impressed with the quality of speciality made pizzas we ordered! It felt like a real gourmet pizza. In addition, the young gentleman who brought the pizza out for us was so kind and amazing! I wish I had asked his name!

I don’t know if this is Dominos business model or not but we went to the Palm Desert store and went inside to order a pizza. The dude behind the counter, said that we had to order online only. No orders at the register.
What kind of crap is that? We were traveling and wanted to get one to go. I didn’t want to bother to download another app, provide credit card info, email and other PII.
We told the cashier that Domino’s could go pound sand and left. Went to another pizza place where we could get what we wanted.
Never again Domino’s. I’ll be telling others to buy their pizza from other places.

Domino’s is very trustworthy and reliable no matter where you go. I have been to Domino’s in many different cities and they were all great. It’s the consistency that I appreciate the most. However, this location specifically is great. They are great at giving you a good amount of toppings on the pizza and putting it in the oven. The staff are always kind as well. Always appreciate what they do and the pizza they make. Trust them with your Domino’s pizza needs!

My favorite pizza. I’ve ordered takeout (on the app) a few times recently and every time everything has been right on the spot, except for the chicken wings, I recommend avoiding them. And a big plus is their unbeatable value with their coupons, points and “emergency” pizza. ❤️
P.S. We enjoy adding homemade toppings like sautéed mushrooms, peppers and onions.

Food is definitely ok but the app and all the tech is not working right. It said food was ready according to the screen but still took 5+ minutes to get to me. Other names were being taken off the list and my order was not yet complete.
It makes me think that the order is not actually synchronized to the app, but rather a timer is started and the updates are actually just timed.
I do otherwise love the ease of use in ordering from the app

I picked up the 1st pizza and drove back home just to realize it was sauceless. I don’t appreciate I had to go back to replace the pizza, it’s time consuming. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience and the boy at the counter barely looked at it and threw it away. No manager showed up to address the issue and there were many employees just standing around. An older lady mentioned the remade pizza was already in the oven, but still it took a long time for someone to bring it to me. In the end, the remade pizza was amazing and saucy, just the way I like it. For this reason, I will keep Dominoes at my first choice when ordering pizza.

I ordered at noon on a Tuesday and this is 100% the best Domino’s pizza I’ve ever eaten. No joke. I got a NY style crust, well done. It was the platonic ideal of Domino’s. Ready in ten minutes for $7. I wish I hadn’t just passing through the area. These folks deserve a face-to-face thank you and a cash tip.

The pizza was over cooked and burnt. I called to let the manager know. I did not want more pizza, I just wanted to let them know that the pizza was over cooked/ burnt. The manager wouldn’t let me speak and was very rude – I will not go back.
