The food was good. The place look old and like it need an upgrade.
I went a little before closing, and we were the last ones in the building. I believe that may have caused some frustration on their end. But the chef was nice and friendly. It was my sons birthday.

Nagano is an amazing restaurant in a place where you wouldn’t expect! We stopped by on a Tuesday night where service was attentive and the food was made to order. We ordered three rolls and a dinner combo which was plenty of food for two people. Social distancing guidelines were in place and staff all wore masks. I would definitely recommend stopping by.

this is my favorite restaurant and has been for quite a while. The staff is friendly and helpful, the environment is so cozy and welcoming, and the food is insanely good. Would highly recommend!

It was OK, I been here twice before and the food was great and the server was nice and made funny jokes; but this last time service wasn’t so good. I ordered shrimp tempura and never got it. About 45 minutes later, I was told they are busy in the kitchen and it will take another 30 minutes. By that time, I was just about done with all my other food and was ready to go.

Love the decor of this place, mind you i was on the sushi side since i was by myself. Sit at sushi bar or get a table/booth on this side. 2 or more people then you can be in hibachi side.
At this point i am friggen hungry. Order the 2 meat with scallops and filet mignon. Also a large cold sake. There is no individual choice on the sake. It was a good rice wine, mild taste but distinguishable flavors of fruit, good companion for the meal to come.
Soup and salad come with my dinner, very flavorful broth and dressing.
The main plate was darn good. The filet wasn’t seared as much as i like, went medium rare. Was really nice to eat, very tender and decent flavors. Try with the accompanying ginger sauce for a good addition. The scallops were cooked per close to perfect. They also have a mild tartar sauce, but really not needed.
15% tip is already added to bill. I added a few bucks and $50 out the door.
