Authentic Taiwanese style breakfast, very good quality, service a little bit slow.

Radish cake’s wayyyyyyyy toooooooo delicious! I’ve never seen any making of radish cake like this, crisp and brown outside and absolutely tender and aromatic in your mouth. *Photo added on Dec 6th, 2019.*menu photo updated on Aug 26, 2025.

Janky interior but you’ll feel like you’re in China. Authenticity points. You order before you sit and it’s cash only. This is really solid place for Taiwanese style breakfast. You should try their soy milk and fried cruller or fried Chinese donut. Also get fried egg variants whenever you can. Yum. Good value for the price. Expect to bus your own table to a martyr dirty table.

Nice solid no frills taiwanese breakfast joint! Best item we tried was the bean curd with braised flavor. The radish cakes with egg was a close second. We also got non-sweetened soy milk and peanut-soy milk, with a side of Chinese donut aka 油条(i swear these things get translated 10 different ways,my favorite is the literal one, oil-sticks). Compared to Yi mei in Rowland this one feels a bit cleaner.
Nice ladies at the register, bare tables shared with two other families, what more ambience can you ask for. Authentic breakfast experience!

Great place to have famous Taiwanese style breakfast. Tabletop adhesiveness is a feature that adds to its authenticity.

The traditional Taiwanese breakfast isn’t easy to find. This is probably one of the two places east of freeway 605. The quality of food is depending on what you order. Some are good and some are just okay.

The famous oven baked bun is as tough as a rubber to chew. The flaky texture is gone. I would not suggest come here for the 燒餅. I know this feedback won’t disturb owner’s mind. I just hope consumers be warned.

Authentic Taiwanese breakfast. Salty rice roll with egg is my goto. Salty soy bean milk (hot) is delicious. Reminds me of home.

Good food. Traditional Taiwanese and Chinese breakfast foods.
Prices are fair, not super cheap but not very expensive.
I came on a Saturday morning. Only 1 person working register. Service speed was fair, not fast.
Pay upfront first and then try and find a table. I bought To-go though
