I want to point out that I ordered this via doordash. I order a bacon Double Cheeseburger with mayo and bbq sauce guess what didnt come on my burger. I give you a hint it was the bacon, mayo , and the bbq sauce. Not to mention i order no pickles or mustard but that was somehow on my burger. So I ordered a bacon Double Cheeseburger with special instructions only to get a regular double Cheeseburger. I also didnt get the fries that I ordered with it. Neither the cookies. The only thing that wasnt messed was the shake.
The shake was actually pretty good so maybe yall aren’t completely useless. But what makes matters worse is that I had to wait over an hour for it. They had three different dashers sent to get my order but I guess they had to wait too long. Over an hour for a portion of my food to be missing and the other half made incorrectly. Do better.

Saldia, the “manager” needs to exit any type of customer service or leadership position. She’s gross and unprofessional. Ever since she’s been around my orders have been messed up or not received. She encourages her employees working the window to CLOSE THE WINDOW on customers in the middle of them speaking. This store needs to get it together. I used to come here because it was quick and the service was amazing. Gone downhill quick. Hope Saldia gets some therapy or something because she’s got an awful energy. And then after I put in a complaint online they only offer me $5 back for over $6 order…what the actual heck is that? Give me my entire payment BACK. I’ll never be back after this.

Whoever the store manager and staff on duty were Uncooperative andrude. I even took a pic of what was on their menu to show selection of side items to choose from and they ignored it. All the manager would say was “yes ma’am“ and ignored it. When the window closed, he muttered something to the girl at the window and she laughed at me. I have lived here for 30 years and I will never go to this Burger King again. Now, I will discourage everyone from going to this Burger King. There was no way for me to contact a store manager. There was no way for me to call in a complaint. Everything has to be done online. Very well.

This is going to be long. And I don’t know if corporate will see this or not. I’m having trouble getting any information to speak with someone who can deal with the issue. On October 1, 2025 I stopped to get breakfast. (the location is 14280 Greenwell Springs Rd. Central LA, 70739. The time was around 7:30-8:00 am) Two double sausage egg and cheese croissants. Something Simple. Because of my work hours at the hospital it may be the only chance I get to stop and get something to eat. Going to work or on the way home from work. Both the sandwiches were burnt so badly. They couldn’t be eaten. I called to speak with a manager. When I told her I couldn’t return because I was at work that’s when she got out of pocket. Very disrespectful. And she hung up on me. I called back this morning (October 2, 2025 ) because I was told the general manager would be there. He also became disrespectful on the phone. He’s cursing she in the background screaming also cursing. At this point I’m trying to get with corporate because neither one of them needs to be working there if they are handing out food that can’t be eaten. Then disrespectful to the customer when they try to speak to them about it. So I’m posting this review to warn customers to just not stop there. With the stress of working long hours and the cost of things going up. To have people disrespect you in such a way. You may get triggered and the cops end up getting involved. That’s how bad they both spoke to me on the phone.

Greenwell Springs location: *Update 2 11/13/24*: So today I was in a rush for lunch so, I decided to pull up, order a Whopper no pickle & no tomatoes, the girl asked me what I wanted twice, I repeated twice, no pickle, no tomatoes, she gave me a total and asked me to pull around. At the window she gave me the total again & I said “so, you got that ‘no pickle, no tomato’, right? She says “Right” hands me my card NO Receipt! I should’ve known right then to ask for it!! She practically tossed me the bag while not even making eye contact with me, and told me to have a good day in the most sullen way, while looking out into space somewhere…
I get back to the office, find I received a Whopper, no pickle, no Onions!!! Three strikes, right?! It’s a shame because this really used to be a great BK.

Original: This had been my favorite BK location, until today…for the first time an employee at this location asked me to “back up jut a moment, past this yellow post” she said “because we’re waiting for your cheese sticks to come out the grease.” this must have been a lie… Worst, overcooked, cheese sticks ever! And for the first time ever I wasn’t offered a receipt! I’m not wondering why.

Update 1: Went back today… Walked in… No one welcomed me, I got a wave from the guy at the window but that was it… After several minutes I asked it I could order at the counter, no reply… A minute later I took that as my cue that I wouldn’t be served & walked out.. Could have headed to the drive thru but, that was my cue… Not welcome!

Easy the best burger king I’ve been to. Deon is a great manager! He knows how to solve problems, this is the CLEANEST location. And some of the staff are very hard working as well. This is exactly what I expect from a Burger king. GOOD JOB

I’ve gone here a few times and the service is usually good but slow. Today I went and the doors were all locked. Went to the drive thru to ask why and they were very rude about telling me it’s because they’re understaffed.
