Wonderful, modern and rustic atmosphere. Uniquely spacious, multi level which gives the vibe a contemporary edge. The food is rustic, and what I call “fusion food” because it fuses different cultural delicacies and gives them a modern twist.

This location has the best morning crew. there always very cheerful, speedy when ordering (super helpful) and they all serve you with a smile even the food guy that’s just handing out your food. They also know my order by heart now which is super funny needless to say I tipped everyone that came to the window!

This Dunkin does just fine with the products, but they fail with the customer experience. It’s drive thru only, so they do not have to deal with in- store customers at all. The problem is that the management does not require their personnel to be courteous to customers when they are speaking to them via the drive thru system. What do I mean? I get to the ordering spot and the order taker cuts off the pre-recorded greeting and all I get is, “Order when ready.” That’s it. No “Welcome to Dunkin,” no “Good morning,” no courtesy, no politeness. If management isn’t going to require their employees to be friendly and courteous to paying customers, then they could at least let them play the canned greeting that is supposed to play when a customer pulls up to order. I can’t tell you how off-putting this lack of courtesy is to me. I have options, and I choose to spend my money at a place that expects their employees to be polite to customers.

I never ever post bad reviews but this has to be an exception. I ordered Doordash from this Dunkin as the Dunkin I usually go to was closed. It was a simple order. I get it and only my drink is in the bag, none of the food I ordered. I work food service too so I can understand missing an item or 2 but basically the whole order? Not to mention the drink I did get was so gross it was basically undrinkable, like swamp water. So thank you for taking my money and giving me literally nothing in return!

Never actually been to a Dunkin’ Donuts surprisingly but i had one of their donuts at work today and decided I wanted another. Spent $7 on two donuts and some “bagel bites” and all of it was inedible. Maybe it’s the time of day (around 7pm) or the location but won’t make that mistake again. Literally every fast food place once you pass hot dog shoppe, on this side of town, sucks. I forgot. The donuts taste and smell like what you would think the workers homes smell like. So they’ve been sitting there all day and not in a covered container, clearly. The stuffed bagels taste and smell like chemicals and weren’t toasted. Waste of time and money how do you hand someone a disgusting donut from a literal donut place? How do you mess that up? Only on the west side of warren.

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts. I come every single day. Sometimes it’s one time a day and sometimes it’s three times a day. The workers are great. My coffees are great. But lately the begging from people has been getting bad. 4:00 this morning I’m going through to get coffee, one man is already waiting at the end of the drive-thru window & another one is going through the parking lot trying to get my attention. By the time I was finished with my order, they both were waiting at the end of the window asking me “for help.” I understand people struggle and life is hard but getting approached every time I come it’s getting really old. I don’t want to start having to make my own coffee.

Usually don’t have an issue with dunkin Donuts, but this time I went through the one located in Cortland Ohio at the corner of state roughts 46 and 305. All I wanted was a hot coffee with 3 cream and 3 sugar and whatever I got tasted like swamp water. Tasted, like maybe it was the second run on the same filter full of coffee, maybe. ♂️ She got the cold drink special. Don’t recall what it was and it was very good, but mine was not even drinkable, ended up pouring it out.

Delicious donuts as expected. I purchased a large carmel and cream coffee. There was an unusually large amount of coffee grounds in the bottom. I took a drink and my mouth and back of my throat was covered in coffee grounds. It took all I had to rinse my mouth without getting sick.

My hashbrowns are more like hashblacks. The icing on my donuts was scant, barely a smear of icing on all of them. As a fellow person who works fast food also, this is just appalling. Luckily for this location I have more tact in my little finger that they do in their entire bodies, or I’d be making a scene. Also, the coffee tasted like someone ran urine through a coffee filter and poured it on some ice. If you value your taste buds, avoid this outhouse like the plague.
