A very delicious and tasty food from central Mexico, city of Puebla: a Cemita! Toasty warm round bolillo-type bread topped with sesame seeds, filled with chipotle base sauce or jalapenos, red onions, avocado, papalo, shredded quesillo or queso fresco and your choice of beef milanesa, pork cutlets, ham, chicken, etc. Once you there, make sure you try their other delicious Mexican dishes, like regular Tortas, Tacos, burritos and quesadillas. Don’t miss this place.

If you love tortas this is the place to be in Puebla Mexico they are called Cemitas hence there name. I come regularly to eat their Cocinero ( the cooks) Cemita which is to die for a combination of of sliced ribeye and ham quesillo and panela cheese which gives this heavenly sandwich that extra ummppphh grilled onions and a spicy chipotle sauce and pickled jalapeños which make your mouth explode with just all kind of flavors . This Cemita must weigh in like a pound and a half of glorious goodies so come hungry. Can’t talk no more my Cemita is getting cold.

The food on the pictures look hooked up but it not. I used to come here a long time ago and I would actually get what I paid for. But now they’re charging a lot just to get a lil bit of food. Don’t let the pictures fool you.

Best place to grab a cemita de milanesa. With that being said, this isn’t your McDonald’s fast food, expect to wait a bit and spend a bit. As for the service, I never had any problems with getting my order taken care of. I don’t understand the negative reviews. I keep coming back for more.

The cemitas are delicious! Heads up, their pickled jalapenos are red. When we asked for some we thought they didn’t put them on the sandwich when though they did. Great service!

Make sure that when you order, they prepare it correctly, this place gave me a totally different item of what I ordered!! A woman which I’d presume was the owner, wouldn’t correct my ordered arguing that I requested what I was served!!
Of all places I’ve been to,this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECEIVED.
Woman was literally arguing with me about the order, when she wrote down the wrong one..
If I could I’d give it a minus star..
