The shrimp was a bit dry, but the salad overall was delicious. I’ve had a sandwich from them before. Also very good desserts are also a must the one thing I will say is I wish the lights were dimmer. The lights are so bright. It’s giving cafeteria.

5 stars in every category! Considering it’s located in a mall, this place is truly impressive. We had the salmon with a Dijon-style salad (delicious) and a Caesar salad with chicken, which my 10y absolutely loved. Honestly, it was some of the best food we’ve tried in the US so far. The staff was also super helpful.
If we ever happen to visit the mall again, we’ll definitely come back to this restaurant!

Celebrated my 33rd Wedding Anniversary with my spouse on 8/7/25. We ordered two braised beef sandwiches, a summer special, with a side of chips, the shrimp arugula salad split for two, AND the tasty, but not too sweet bread pudding!!!! OMG Soooo DELICIOUS. I gave all of it a 10/10 and will definitely be back to try more food items!!

This trip I had a small order, like when I was a shoe clerk at another department store and ordering this treat was quite a luxury. Note, you are supposed to order at the counter but otherwise it will be a typical restaurant experience. You can add more alcohol or dessert at your table / with your server.
She (or someone) lightly warmed the cookie I ordered. It certainly elevated it from the eBar experience of the same item.
I’ve had some pleasant dates in this restaurant over the years and once had an order taker joke with us “as long as you’re not choosing us because Cheesecake Factory was too busy.” Tip: like Cheesecake Factory this menu has something for everyone (albeit more tailored).
This visit I saw a breakfast menu, which I’m assuming is on offer weekend mornings.
This location does not have an outside view, but looks down at the shoppers in this mall (I’m guessing due to past WSM expansion).
I don’t love the new decor, but am glad some warm wood, abstract art remain from the past. Seating was comfortable.

Always delicious – everything. The Royale cookie is so amazingly good, if you only ever get chocolate chip, this cookie will open your eyes and help you out of the bubble you are living in!!

The three stars are only because the complimentary bread and butter were great. Otherwise, the lemon pesto chicken gnocchi was too bland and the water cup I received had a LIPSTICK STAIN on it. I expected a lot more for the $20 lunch and just from Nordstrom all together.

The food was delicious. This is a place where you order and pay and tip before you get service. The service I received was just okay. My waiter was cool towards me and abrupt. I did not feel welcomed.
I was not offered bread while I waited.
This has happened several times. I have had the same waiter twice now and both times she was not terribly friendly.
The table in front of me was offered bread. I had to ask at the end for bread to go. She immediately got it but I couldn’t tell how she picked it up .
It kind of looked like she just grabbed the bread with her hand.
I tipped well but the service I received was not worth the amount I gave. She did the bare minimum and that is not good hospitality.
I always enjoyed eating there until today.

Food is always great! Service is wonderful! Supposedly they have WiFi, so I drove all the way here to work while I ate lunch. They have ZERO outlets anywhere to plug in a laptop. I had to leave because my computer had died. Super bummed and a waste of time

I have eaten in several cafe’s across the country and order the exact same thing and I have had this dish at this Nordstrom several times, the Turkey Club sandwich. It’s my go to and have ordered it for years. Either Nordstorm has changed the sandwich for the worse or they were out of or low on ingredients. My lady ordered the pasta and meatballs and the food came out super quick, like never have Nordstrom served food that fast and the lady was like, yeah they were back there waiting. My sandwich was way short on Turkey so either Nordstrom told them to be stingy with it or the chef didn’t know how to make it, the avocado had lots of brown spots, the bread was not toasted properly and almost was like it was not toasted at all and lastly, the mayo stuff didn’t have any flavor to it at all….again I’ve had the sandwich a ton of times but that was probably my last time. The bread comes out cold also, but it was good and we had wine.

I had a cup of the tomatoe basil soup. It was good. But my friend had the cob salad. Too much dressing and half of the avocado was brown. The lettuce didn’t seem fresh. Cookies are good.
