I have been going there at least monthly for the last 3 years. I have never had a bad experience with them. The place appears clean and everyone is always kind and helpful. There is a gal there that has been with the company for a couple of years now. Her name is Nicole. She takes pride in her work and is very prompt on taking your order. All of the workers that are there are very pleasant and no disrespect to them but Nicole is the VIP employee. She is a keeper. Do NOT let her go.

Called ahead to make sure there wasn’t a wait. We passed through town on a road trip and were in a hurry.
Arrived and saw all employees in back chatting and laughing. No one came to the counter. Waited five mins+. Another customer even arrived and was also waiting. I finally drew attention to myself and a woman came to help me and it was fast and quick getting out the door. I wish they had been attentive when I first walked in, as the service itself was fine once it finally was actually provided

Kinda nasty Eugene lets employees cuddle in the back on the pallet of flour in the back right corner while listening to music. Idk just found it a bit disturbing your employees are in the back of your store cuddling on flour meanwhile you have 1 employee taking orders 1 employee cutting pizzas and it’s pretty busy

I’ve had a very horrible experience on July 18 at possibly 320. I spoke with a young lady that told me she was a general manager for Lil Ceasers. There was no contact person above her. She’s not giving me any information and because I didn’t ask for a receipt for my order and I had a pizza that wasn’t right, too bad if I wanted to come in and pay for my order again, I can get it made right and that’s about it. They’re very nasty rude and evil. People are really need upper management to intervene because there should be a higher up number for somebody outside of the store for customer relations, guest relations, and to handle the rudeness in the crudeness of the employees in that store This has to be stopped. I need to reach out to the franchise company for the Lil Ceasers in Ames Iowa, there’s only one Lil Ceasers in Ames, Iowa and they need to get the store before they employees cost of a huge liability by not knowing who they’re speaking to on the phone when they’re being very rude and disrespectful .
