Pizza was 40 mins late for pickup. First they told me 10 minutes through the drive thru. Then I waited 10 and went inside to check. That person told me my pizzas hadn’t even been put in the oven yet and told me 15 more mins. During that wait which turned out to be almost 30 mins I watched manager argue with a customer over a dollar more being owed to her in change. The manager insisted that his math was correct to the point of getting out a calculator to only then realize that the customer was correct. At least when my order was complete it was correct except for they forgot all the sauces…. Unfortunately that’s strike 3 at this location so far this year. I’m out.

I ordered a pizza online tonight. Said would be ready in 35 minutes. Show up 40 minutes later and am told it had not even been put in the oven yet!!! Sit around for another 25 minutes and finally get my pizza. If you know you are that far behind at least have the curtosy to call the person and let them know the delay if your website is not updated, or at least give them a free pop or breadsticks while they are waiting for wasting their time! This location has always been great until about a month ago as this has happened twice now in the past month and never happened before. New manager?

Food is usually great, hot and quick. Unfortunately this past weekend I got delivery, and 1 of the 4 pizzas I ordered was made incorrectly. I called them to let them know, was told they were really busy (it was a peak time) and to hold for manager. I was on hold for 20 before I hung up. I called again and they said they would get a note to a manager and to expect a call in 5-10 Minutes. 36 hours later I have never heard a word back from them.

This location has gone so far downhill since the previous manager left. They are constantly getting our order wrong. Last night was the 4th time we’ve ordered the Pesto Margherita pizza and received it with absolutely zero pesto sauce. Also ordered boneless wings and received bone-in. I won’t be wasting time or money here anymore, I’ll just drive the extra bit down to the Coventry location.

We picked up 2 pizzas on Friday night. I understand they were busy, but they gave us pizza that wasn’t cooked all the way. One was a taco pizza and all the toppings fell off due to the dough still being raw. I filed a complaint and have yet to hear back The only edible part were the toppings
