We really liked the Rockpile Cafe. The atmosphere is very eclectic in an old-school sort of way. The food is very good. I really enjoyed my hamburger steak and my wife loved her chicken strips. The service is friendly and the lady at the counter knows the full history of the building. A really enjoyable experience

This was a fabulous little rustic hunting lodge feeling cafe in the middle of nowhere with a parking lot big enough to accommodate our two RVS and large moving truck when a tire blew on the car carrier towed by the moving truck. It was a wonderful place to spend a couple hours while we waited for roadside assistance. Food was great. Staff was great. I loved it.

Very good food!! Waitress was great. We stopped in at 10pm for overnight truck parking (room for about 12 trucks)… Went in for breakfast the next morning and it was great! A juke box in the corner. Has t-shirts and hoodies for anyone interested. An older restaurant that’s well worth stopping in.

This stop was a nice find. Cool building wish there was info on what it was. Maybe I just didn’t see it. Ham and cheese very good. Curly fries plentiful! Husband had the patty melt and waffle fries also 2 thumbs up! Great waitress and great prices! Will definitely stop back!

Order the steak. I had their steak, and it was cooked to perfection. The food and service were excellent. It is a smoking restaurant, so if you do not like cigarette smoke near you while you eat, go elsewhere.

Found this wonderful little hidden cafe while taking cover from a Tornado Warning…let’s say Touch Down! Had some wonderful Cauliflower Cheese Bites and excellent Sweet Tea! If you’re around the Sheldon, Missouri you have to try this delightful place! Friendly Staff too! You can even get a tee-shirt for all you scavenger hunters out there!

Was the only place around you could smoke and have coffee by a indoor fireplace but that is no longer. Food quality isn’t the same and takes forever to get half cooked food that needs seasoning.
