The place was clean, bathrooms are clean and staff were nice and friendly. I usually order with something added on, or taken off and they got the order right. The service was fast. My visit was during the time period when there was snow on the ground and the walk ways and parking lots were cleared nicely. The soda machine is cool, but the flavors seem to mix with other flavors. For example if I select a plain coke, I can still taste the other fruity flavors mixed in. So that is something coke machine people may need to look into.

I instructed my brother to retrieve an online order I had placed. Upon his arrival, the staff informed him that my order was not present in their system. After verifying the situation, my brother returned inside to present our order, and the woman was able to locate it. He requested ranch dressing, but they claimed it was included in the bag, which it was not. Additionally, we specified no onions, yet all the burgers contained onions. Fortunately, our friend refrained from touching or consuming any of the burgers due to his severe allergy to onions. I am extremely dissatisfied with this establishment.

Food is as expected, service is great. Atmosphere is terrible — poor internal and nonexistent external lighting leaves the place looking always closed and in bad shape. This is the number one reason I avoid it.

I order a chicken teriyaki bowl and it came with no sauce and it was super small I did ask for extra sauce on it however the staff working there put two sauces packets in the bag But No Sauce on the rice bowl they have to put Sauce in the bowl and the give two packages of Extra Sauce will not be coming back highly disappointed

As far as fast food goes, Jack in the box usually takes a little bit longer then some of the other day food chains and there is a good reason for that. Jack in the box does not make your food until it’s ordered, the fact that they are able to turn it out as fast as the do should be surprising to everybody who goes there. This particular jack in the box has never once let me down. The food is always good and the service is always friendly and professional. I do wish they would fix the drainage issue, but it is Lakewood lol.
EDIT: Only a day or 2 went by after writing this review when I showed up for my breakfast on a super wet rainy day, and their drainage issue has been fixed. Hands down, greatest Jack in the box in operation!
