Honestly I haven’t been to a scooter’s location where the staff weren’t just absolutely wonderful. They always seem genuinely happy to be there and the service shows it. Plus the food and coffee are not only cheaper than starbucks, but taste so much better. I don’t know why a drive through coffee place has such good food but it’s actually delicious, I recommend the mini burgers but everything I’ve tried has been great too. This location specifically is just as great. Staff are super sweet, despite being slammed most of the times that I go. They make their way through lines quick!

On 11/29/25. We purchased a 1/2 sweet caramelicious. I paid before leaving the parking lot I realized that my drink was not made half sweet like I ordered. I went back and told the girl that if they could remake it because it was too sweet and I was not able to to drink it. She stated she could not remake the drink That she could only have the manager call me. She took my phone number down. I told her that’s fine, I gave her the drink back. The girl took the drink, she did not offer a refund . You have lost a loyal customer! Please hire and train your staff on how to provide customer service.

I’ve been contemplating about writing this review for months now, but I’m still bothered by the experience.
I used to come to this location a lot. The last time I came, I tried ordering an iced mounds, and I know it’s not on the board, but I used to work at a Scooters. I don’t know if the tablets they take the orders on are the same, but I wanted to try.
The person taking my order was confused, and I didn’t blame them, so I just ordered an almond joy with no almond.
The thing that bothered me about this situation is that all of the employees took turns looking at me, once I got to the window. I could hear them whispering “that’s her” inside. I don’t really understand why they had to do that, but I have been to scared to go back to a Scooters since. I have really bad anxiety, and even writing this review is making me feel like shiz again. I’ve also deleted the app since then.

Iv givin scooters alot of grace when they mess up my coffees I have spent alot of money and its almost like the people that work there no nothing about coffee you tell them medium roast cream and sugar they try to give me a dark roast bitter bitter coffee so they can send another customer through this place is horrible and im not just saying that they honestly don’t care and the quality of what comes out that window shows it !

Mostly positives and one negative. Overall I still love going here then Starbucks. The positives about Scooter – SUPER FAST, convenient, & delicious! (Also the name is just adorable.) The employees are always sweet, even in the early mornings.The 4 stars has nothing to with the taste or location. The only negative I have is that Scooters is a little over pricey. It is snowing so the quality of my pics are not the greatest.

Drove to this location to order a caramel apple smoothie like I’ve been getting the last 2 weeks. I was told unfortunately something that they had last year they are unable to make…even though they have been making it for the last 2 weeks and have all the ingredients. The girl was new and just didn’t know how to make it and stated no one is here that knows how to make it.

The last 3 coffees we have had from here have tasted rotten. Like spoiled and sour. I’m so upset. For many years this has been my daily coffee place. But today was the last time.

I cannot begin to talk on how amazing this little store is. Everyday my husband goes through here to bring me coffee for work and they always go above and beyond to make his order perfectly and it’s always amazing. But the big thing to me is they are go above and beyond for our dogs. We have two pitbulls and they have always treated them like their own dogs and keep the pup cups coming. The dogs look forward to their treat so even when I’m not working we go out of our way to come down to at Peter’s just to bring the pups and get our coffee. Thank you for being an amazing company during a pandemic and please make sure your paying your workers well this is the best service we’ve received in years.
