Went here with friends and loved the beautiful, romantic atmosphere. The service was great and everything we tried was very good. I had the picanha, which was different from what I’m used to in Portugal, but still tasty. The decor and overall vibe make it a great spot for a night out or a romantic dinner.

Excellent experience! We loved the steak, which was perfectly cooked, as well as the flavorful and well-prepared sides. The service was attentive and friendly, and the warm and chic atmosphere truly makes you want to come back.
It is on the expensive side, but the quality of the food and the overall experience make it totally worth it. We will come back again.

Brutus Tavern exceeded all expectations! Every single dish was outstanding, with a perfect combination of flavors that showcased true culinary expertise. The reservation process was seamless, thanks to the incredibly polite and helpful lady on the phone.
A special mention goes to the sommelier, whose knowledge and recommendations truly elevated the entire experience. Their wine pairings complemented the meal perfectly, making the evening even more enjoyable.

I have long wanted to visit and I finally managed to do so on December 12th, a party of four people. It is situated in a posh neighbourhood of Athens and this is reflected in both the interior and the clientele. Everything we tried was delicious and well cooked. However, I have to note that starters were grossly overpriced although that is to be expected. Staff is very professional and attentive. I would probably visit again

Sad to say our experience was mediocre. The staff are the best part. Steak was basically cold on arrival. It is eyewateringly expensive for really not great food. Unless we just had an off evening? I don’t know.
I’m sorry to say but I wish we hadn’t spent so much money here. It wasn’t worth it. If I could I’d ask for a refund –

Lovely atmosphere with great music at just the right volume.
Starters:
The beef tartare (named “Raw” in the menu) was excellent as a starter, with nice balanced flavours.
“Crust” which is basically a twisted shepherd’s pie is the best seller for a reason. Perhaps it could seem slightly salty to some, but I personally found it appropriate combined with the rest of the flavours.
Sides:
The honey glazed carrots were excellent. They were also accompanied by a nice yoghurt based sauce with slightly acidic flavour.
The mac and cheese were to die for. They are accompanied by a crunchy element on top which really suits them.
The “warm seasonal greens” were very good as well.
Beef cuts:
The 40-day dry aged chateaubriand was excellent.
We also tried the strip loin and it was very good.
Desserts:
The milk chocolate tart dessert had a very nice texture and interesting hints of passion fruit. The ice-cream accompanies it very well.

Everything was delightful! Would definitely recommend. Food, atmosphere, service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a great wine selection! I don’t normally enjoy red wine, but the one we had was amazing!

very cool place for meat lovers! the salads and appetisers were ok, tasty and very nicely served. we took buffalo mozzarella with 3 types of tomatoes and it was bomb! the sliders by the piece were yummy but extreeeeeeemely small. two bites at most. the steaks were around 250gr that were very well cooked, although the strip loin was not the most pleasant cut. the wine list is amazing, and for ~50€ you can get a great bottle of Argentinian wine to accompany your meal.
overall the atmosphere was cool, mysterious and very elegant. worth going at least once!
